The recent
announcement that a young paralysed man in Ohio in the US named Ian Burkhart
managed to regain the use of his fingers after having a chip implanted in his
brain is an exciting step forward for science and healthcare. In fact, you may
now be wondering how long it will be before we can unlock a door, turn on a
kettle, or even send an email simply by thinking about it?
The Ohio
breakthrough used a technique called functional
magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to identify the pattern of electrical
impulses in the part of the brain that controls movement – the motor cortex –
that was generated when Burkhart thought about using his fingers. The system
learned to recognise this pattern when it appeared in his brain, and then
instruct receivers to stimulate his arm muscles to make the appropriate
movements.
This might
produce life-changing results for people with disabilities, but it has limited
potential outside the body. It is about sending movement instructions to parts
of the body that cannot be reached in the usual way. We might be able to use it
to make a robot reproduce our movements, but that may be the limit.
Having said
that, we have already discovered ways of manipulating foreign objects. Three
years ago, I demonstrated a modified Scalextric set at the Lancashire Science
Festival that enabled people to make the cars go faster round the track simply
by concentrating harder on them. Hundreds of people were able to try this using
a Bluetooth headset called the Neurosky
Mindwave, connected to nothing more than a laptop and a simple microcontroller.

The
technology behind this shift from the telekinesis of sci-fi movies or comic
books into the real world is electroencephalography, or EEG. This monitors the
brain’s electrical activity using electrodes placed on the scalp. The data is
then processed to see the underlying frequencies in these impulses, which are
associated with different kinds of brain activities. The alpha frequency band
is associated with wakeful relaxation with closed eyes, for example, while the
beta frequency is associated with normal waking consciousness.
The headsets
in my demonstration transmitted this information to the laptop, which used
algorithms that recognise concentration as a combination of different impulses:
increasing on several frequencies while falling on several other frqeuencies at
the same time. When it detected this, it instructed the microcontroller to increase
the amount of power going to the Scalextric. There is an art to making the
system work well: sometimes people find the cars going faster even though they
didn’t think they were concentrating. I found I made the cars go faster by
doing the alphabet in my head; and could slow them down by looking at a blank
wall. Everyone is a bit different.
There are
now commercial toys available that use the same technology. One example is the
Star Wars Force Trainer, where EEG – not Jedi power – enables users to elevate
a ping-pong ball using just their mind.
There are
also serious potential applications. To try to make computer programs easier to
use, for example, researchers have
studied EEGs to discern the amount of cognitive effort someone expends on
different elements of a program. I have studied the brain
activity of experienced archers and found a difference in impulses between
“good” and “bad” shots. This might enable coaches to tell players when they are
in the right mindset, while players might be able to train their minds to
achieve better results.
These are
promising developments, but they are all looking more at the “global” activity
of the brain
rather than someone’s thoughts. There is a very big difference. For instance,
researchers have built an EEG-powered electric wheelchair, but it runs into
problems when a hazard appears. The user is prone to start concentrating on the
hazard, and because the system can’t tell one kind of concentration from
another, the wheelchair keeps moving and the person could end up in danger.
To get
around this problem, researchers added a secondary control system that allows
the user to touch a pad to allow the wheelchair to move and touch it again to
disable it – with moderately successful results.
The brain is
a very complex organ with multiple areas responsible for many different kinds
of activity. It is a major challenge to unpick everything and isolate
“thoughts” from the data. The limit of current technology is to attach numerous
electrodes to the scalp and measure the activity in different areas of the
brain at the same time. Because different areas govern different actions, this
makes it possible to use algorithms to detect whether a person is thinking of,
say, moving their left or right arm. This might allow a slightly more
sophisticated means of brain-powered wheelchair control, for instance. But
while this is starting to get closer to thought control, it is still rather
global and has to be tailored to the individual subject since the exact
patterns of brain activity vary from person to person.
In future,
we may well gain a greater understanding of the structure and function of the
brain. Together with more sensitive electrodes and more computer processing
power, this might make it possible to further develop this brain-to-computer
interface into a more accurate system that can adjust to the variations between
one person and the next. This might make it easier for someone who would
otherwise be paralysed to control a device or communicate.
Even then,
that would still be quite a way from true “thought” control. It is already
possible to switch on a kettle through concentration using EEG technology, but
we are still some way from being able to think a range of different
instructions to different objects attached to a single system. As for sending
emails, it looks like we will be typing for some time to come.

Who controls the agreed upon reality through the
mainstream media and why they fear disclosing the truth about the
extraterrestrial reality

…What is the
“agreed upon reality”?
It is your perception of the world around you. This begins to take form
from the moment of your birth and over the years through the indoctrination of
information from everything from your school education to what you see on
television and movies. All this information helps to form your perception
of the world, but have you noticed that every so often there appears to be an
unexplainable glitch in that reality?
As was
expressed in the movie “The Matrix” when Morpheus explained to Neo … “Let me tell you why you’re
here… You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t
explain, but you feel it. You felt it your entire life; that there’s something
very wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is—but it’s there, like a
splinter in your mind, driving you mad…”.
But we are
not talking about a science fiction movie, many people obviously sense that
there is something very wrong with the world and that our perceptions have been
manipulated to hide the truth surrounding the extraterrestrial reality.
As Robert F. Kennedy once said before he was assassinated...
“I found out something I
never knew: I found out that my world was not the real world.”
A major key to unlocking understanding of this hidden reality is the
extraterrestrial/UFO issue. No one can claim to be the absolute expert or
authority on this subject as it is shrouded in compartmentalized secrecy, and
truly the most one can do is just scratch the surface to look for the
“indicators” that have surfaced which point to a fuller picture, being careful
not to allude yourself to an absolute conclusion, as the rabbit hole goes many
levels deep.
These
indicators or the glitches in the agreed upon reality, can many times be
revealed from the many leaked documents and whistle blowers that have
collaborating information that indicates a reality in which extreme efforts
have been done in order to keep hidden the full truth from the public, despite
the overwhelming evidence to the contrary. What is being presented here
are some of these indicators based on historical elements outside of what the
history books have taught us in school, in which anyone can verify historically
this information for themselves.
If I had not my own firsthand experiences regarding this subject, I would most
likely not even be writing about this, as there would be no need for this
question to ever enter my mind. I don’t pretend to have all the answers,
but I feel it is clear that the deception needs to be exposed, as it is
important for the future of humanity and this planet to learn the truth for
many reasons, and understand our ability to transform the agreed upon reality
for the good of mankind.
Do your own research and trust no one single source, as there is much
disinformation, as those who know the truth are sworn to secrecy, and then with
a compartmentalized incomplete understanding at best. Use your own
observation and analysis; look for consistent indicators that agree with your
own reasoning.
The indicators on a historical time line we are about to explore, most of it
can be verified by reputable historical authors on the subject with references
at the end of this article, and some elements can only be alleged to have
happened due to lack of "official" supporting evidence surrounding
some events, but these are included only as possible collaborating indicators
of the larger picture. Throughout this article I will inject my own first
hand experiences and observations which appear to be consistent with the other
indications of an agenda dictated by unwarranted influences that have
infiltrated and are affecting all of our lives, whether we are conscious of it
or not.
Our human history has been filled with those who feel they are entitled to rule
and dictate over and enslave others by imposing their will, not respecting each
beings equality and right of choice and free will that harms no one.
Where the original Golden Rule is interpreted instead to mean whoever has the
gold makes the rules, making survival of the many based on a monetary system,
where the good of all humanity can be corrupted with financial power and
influence by the wealthy few. As expressed by Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild“Give me control of a
nation's money and I care not who makes its laws." This
is the fundamental of how the laws governing the people of this planet are
influenced and can be corrupted by the wealthy elite who feel entitled to be
the people’s rulers.
Enslavement of humanity over gold has ancient roots that go back over 450,000
years ago according to translations
of ancient Sumerian clay tablets that tell a story of "gods" who came
down to earth and ruled over them. They were called the Anunnaki which is
translated to mean "Those
Who from Heaven to Earth Came".
The Anunnaki had gold
mining operations on earth and these “gods” not wanting to do the hard work
themselves revolted. A conflicted decision was made to genetically create
a worker race using a modified form of their DNA combined with that of the
existing primates that have evolved here on earth, thus creating a new “made in
their image” modified species that was intelligent enough to do the work they
needed, but was limited with a decreased life span. The
“gods” were pleased with the result, because the new workers never revolted;
they were fed and given shelter, but didn't mind hard labor and didn't
complain. The reason for this, of course, was that this new species
didn't know better; this was actually all they knew as their life of being
slaves.
(Whether
these ancient tablet interpretations are accurate or not, it appears to be more
along the mind-set of those on earth that condone slavery, as advanced
extraterrestrials millions of years in advance of us, would seemingly not
require slaves to create gold for themselves.)
The translation goes on to say that the Anunnaki mated with some of the females
of this new species and created hybrid blood lines in the human
race. Some of this ancient knowledge was passed down to a few
initiates into the mystery schools and secret societies around the world.
Indications
appear to show that a bloodline of wealthy ruling class tied into secret
societies throughout the centuries has dominated the ruling families and the
wealthy world banking elite whose outlook and ideologies of elitism, racism,
eugenics, enslavement, false flag operations and psychological warfare for
world domination are shared with a similar ideology by the Nazis in pursuit of
a one world fascist totalitarian government.
In fact this
banking cabal was the ones that had originally funded the Nazis into
existence. Before the end of the war, it was revealed that the Nazis had
a fall back plan to infiltrate into the United States via support from the same
group that funded the Nazi operations originally. Their approach was to
have very long range plan over time using psychological warfare to completely
dominate the full spectrum of information of the American public in all forms
of media and education in order to manipulate the populace’s perception of
their agreed upon reality, and thus influence their interpretation and decision
making abilities in order to effectively hide their secret compartmentalized
operations of their hidden civilization that has broken away from the rest of
humanity, as they slowly advance their agenda for world domination. The
Nazis called this plan Weltanschauungskrieg or translated as “World View
Warfare”.
To better
understand and find what indications there might be to reveal a pattern for the
basis of this hypothesis, let’s go back through history and look at the
sequence of events starting at the beginning of the 20th century in an attempt
to better answer the question of who is behind controlling the perception of
the agreed upon reality through the mainstream media and why they fear
disclosing the truth about the extraterrestrial reality?
To help
identify possible connections of individuals to secret societies, a link will
follow their name denoting the affiliation i.e. Allen Dulles (33° Freemason).
TIME LINE OF EVENTS
1900 -The
first radio signal received on earth believed by Nikola Tesla to be from
extraterrestrials
Nikola Tesla while working with his Magnifying
Transmitter received a signal of patterns, what he called 'counting codes.'
This was in fact the first cosmic radio signal ever detected. He believed it
was either from Venus or Mars, and that he was the first to receive a message
from an extraterrestrial civilization.
Tesla wrote the following positive enthusiastic letter about the potential
contact...
"To the American Red
Cross, New York City. The retrospect is glorious, the prospect inspiring: Much
might be said of both. But one idea dominates my mind. This - my best, my
dearest - is for your noble cause. I have observed electrical actions, which
have appeared inexplicable. Faint and uncertain though they were, they have

The moment
JP Morgan, who was Nikola Tesla's financier, learned that the communications project
he was funding for Nikola Tesla would also bring free electricity to the world,
in which Morgan couldn't meter or control, he pulled the funding and had all of
Tesla’s work dismantled, and Tesla the man responsible for originally inventing
wireless communications and the electrical power grid, both of which we use
every day, became obscure in history books, giving the credit instead to Edison
and Marconi. Tesla was left penniless for his unselfish motivations to humanity
so that JP Morgan could maintain his profitable control. This is included
in the timeline as an insight of the priorities of the banking elite as to
whether or not they would release free energy for the entire world, against
their existing vested energy empires.

1917 - Banking cabal purchases the main
newspapers to control the perception of information to the public
The start of mainstream media control in the 20th century was initiated when JP
Morgan, Rockefeller and Paul Warburg (33° Freemason)
the same person who helped create the Federal Reserve in 1913. They purchased
the main twenty five newspapers of the country and dictated to the editors they
put in place in those newspapers, how the information was released under their
guidelines and policies to control the perception of information to the
public. These policies were then later controlled and formed by the
Council on Foreign Relations as they are today.
New York
City Mayor John F. Hylan said the following during a speech back in 1922…
"The
real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant
octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation. To depart
from mere generalizations, let me say that at the head of this octopus are the
Rockefeller-Standard Oil interests and a small group of powerful banking houses
generally referred to as the international bankers. The little coterie of
powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for
their own selfish purposes.
They
practically control both parties, write political platforms, make catspaws of
party leaders, use the leading men of private organizations, and resort to
every device to place in nomination for high public office only such candidates
as will be amenable to the dictates of corrupt big business.
These
international bankers and Rockefeller-Standard Oil interests control the majority

Congressman Oscar Callaway informs Congress that J. P. Morgan is a Rothschild
front and has taken
control of the American media industry. He states,

the newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers
in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the

to be paid for by the month, an editor was furnished for each paper
to properly supervise and edit information regarding the
questions of preparedness, militarism, financial policies, and other things of
national and international nature considered vital to
the interests of the purchasers."

- Mediumship delivers technology of circular flying-machine plans eventually to
be developed by the Nazis
Technology instructions for the creation a circular flying-machine was being
received by Maria Orsic, a gifted medium who was the leader of the Vrilerinnen,
a team of psychic girls serving the Vril Gesellschaft. A meeting was held
at an old hunting lodge near Berchtesgaden Germany, where Maria Orsic presented
to a small group assembled from the Thule, Vril and Black Sun
Societies, telepathic messages she claimed to have received from an
extraterrestrial civilization existing in the distant Aldebaran solar system,
sixty-eight light years away, in the Constellation of Taurus. The
information concerned the construction of an unusual flying vehicle which could
alter the flow of time around it.

Technology instructions received for the construction of a flying vehicle that
could warp time around it
Upon
studying these otherworldly designs, Dr. W.O. Schumann and his associates from
the University of Munich and the Thule Society realized the channeling actually
contained viable physics, and over the ensuing years construction was
initiated. By 1922 development of a working prototype a re-designed, five
meter RFZ-2, was successfully test flown in 1934 and eventually flying disc
development was taken over by Division SS E-IV of Hitler‘s Third Reich.
This may have given the Nazis an undisclosed huge advanced technological
edge.

levitation-craft advances between 1941 and 1944 spawned the “Haunebu”
series–the ‘heavy hitters’ of the Reich’s saucer fleet, driven by powerful

speculated to be large spherical containers of mercury spinning around a
vertical axis. These armored saucer ships of varying size, came equipped with
armaments such as Panzer-tank cannon turrets mounted to the underside as well

war the Germans had 9 research enterprises developing and testing flying discs.

classified information that some of these research enterprises were transported
to Antarctica, to the place called New Swabia. At least one disc research
company was transported to that location. Another went to the Amazon, and a

the combining scientific research of Germany's brilliant scientists with an
analysis of ancient knowledge, mediumship information, and reverse engineering
of a crashed ETV in 1936 and possibly a technology exchange program with

Today after 90 years of research, one of Tavistock’s main discoveries concerns
child sexuality. This has a great influence on the development of
personality. Early sex stimulation they found produces adults whose
emotional development is similar to that of a neurotic child. Their
second discovery is related to fear and stress. Tavistock researchers
found out that people under controlled stress became more infantile and gave up
strongly held beliefs under group pressure to conform to
popular opinion. This may explain why in the mainstream media there is so
much violence, sex and fear-inducing messages. This turns people into scared,
submissive children who try to evade the stress of daily life through emotional
sublimation of television, radio, movies, and video
games.
Kill
and hurt humans programming
It is known
that humans are impressionable and sometimes mimic
what they see.
Does it really seem “normal” that so much of the images being
broadcast through television and movies into the subconscious of millions of
minds, showing humans killing and hurting other humans, that are delivered
through the huge assortment of crime dramas and violent movies?
In soap
dramas having to do with relationships, deception is a common
theme. Are we being programmed that this is the new “normal”?
You can see in the news “copycat crimes” and other situations of extreme
violence that have been occurring with greater frequency in the
news.
In China they have created an entire industry
of removing the violence out of movies that come from the US, as they believe
them to have an unhealthy effect on their society. The influence of
television can not be underestimated as the average American watches 153
hours of television a month.
The
reality makers
Media expert
Hal Becker once said:
“I know
the secret of making the average American believe anything I want him to. Just
let me control television… You put something on the television and it becomes
reality. If the world outside the TV set contradicts the images, people start
trying to change the world to make it like the TV set images.”
Statistics
from 1988, which I'm sure is mild compared to today, showed that during one
week of TV watching, viewers witness 670 murders, 15 rapes, 848 fights, 419
shootings or explosions, 11 armed robberies, 8 suicides, 32 hostage takings, 27
torture scenes, 9 defenestrations, 13 strangulations, and 11 war scenes.
Tavistock hastened
to study the effects of television on human behavior as early as the 1940’s.
Its researchers discovered that 30 seconds after one starts watching TV, the
brain automatically begins to produce alpha
waves, a modified state of consciousness. The viewer goes into a
trance-like mode, a type of light hypnosis. All their attention
becomes concentrated on the screen, while the rest of their environment is
ignored. In this semi-conscious state, they become highly susceptible to
the messages contained in the programs.
Method
of embedding suggestions over high definition television
Today with
HD-TV High Definition Digital Television which allows a far greater amount of
information
in order to transmit Silent Sound Spread Spectrum or SSSS. This once secret
Pentagon psychotronic technology has been operational since 1990. In 1991, it
was used during the first Gulf War to manipulate Iraqi troops into surrendering
en masse. Like compliant children, 200,000 men came out of their desert bunkers
and fell to their knees before approaching US troops.
The SSSS can
be transmitted on both high definition digital television HD-TV or any digital
streaming video which allows any person with a personal computer linked to the
Internet to access and watch popular television programs. This is available for
free through companies such as Hulu. In this way, computer monitors and HD-TV
screens broadcast SSSS and combine it with subliminally-pulsed images to bring
about specific emotions and physical responses to all listeners or a selected
type of DNA (Blacks, Orientals, women, etc.). If a sample of a person’s DNA is
obtained, it can even target selected individuals. Experimentation has shown
that it is effective – with varying levels of efficiency – with about 85% of
the population, while the remaining 15% seem to be immune to such mind control
attempts.

What we see
on television and the realities created by the actors of entertainment,
suggests to the subconscious mind possible realities. Although the conscious
mind negates unacceptable realities, the subconscious accepts all without
judgement. The power of suggestion should never be underestimated in how it can
affect our lives.
It is
important to know that each one of us is connected to a global collective
consciousness, and that collectively we create an "agreed upon
reality" that we experience. Disturbing things that happen in the world
continue as we give our consent for them to continue, as we are made to believe
they are necessary and that there is no other option. Know that these control
elements of the mainstream media have invested greatly into psychologically
"engineering consent" of the masses through the mainstream media to
believe certain actions are necessary. Therefore if you see anything in the
media that you do not wish to give your consent to, instead evoke your personal
power and authority and mentally and or vocally exclaim something to the effect
that "I DO NOT CONSENT TO THAT”. The more people do that, the less support
for that reality in the collective consciousness all of us are connected to
holographically share, and therefore the support for that reality in the

Allen Dulles was
historically instrumental in furthering the Fascist agenda for the cabal and the Nazi
infiltration after the war into America. He was involved from the very
beginning with Hitler's first meeting that raised him into power in 1933 as an
attorney for Schröder Bank which financed Hitler. He made arrangements to
allow Nazi spies into the CIA, gave new identification paperwork to allow the
escape of thousands of Nazis and falsified reports to President Truman to
expand the infiltration operations utilizing the CIA as its cover.
Dulles was
the longest sitting CIA director who was later fired by JFK for his hidden
subversive activities. Through Nelson Rockefellers restructuring efforts during
the Eisenhower administration which put Dulles as head of MJ-12, where he
drafted an assassination directive for any future presidents that attempted to
expose their hidden activities. In 1963 after JFK’s murder, he was then
assigned by president Johnson to head the Warren Commission, which determined
that no conspiracy was involved in the murder of JFK.
The
implications of the Rockefeller-Allen Dulles-Bank of International Settlements-Gestapo
links later revealed are nothing less than staggering, for it was Dulles who
negotiated the bargain with Nazi General Reinhard Gehlen, head of Germany’s
military intelligence group for all of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union, the
bargain that later left the immense Nazi military intelligence organization
intact after the war, and still under Gehlen’s operational command within our
CIA.
1921 - Council on Foreign Relations
In 1921 the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was formed. The New York
branch was dominated by the associates of the J.P. Morgan bank.

The Council on Foreign Relations and the Royal Institute of International
Affairs is one of the beginning Round Table Groups of the wealthy elite between
Europe and the United States.

Tables started out as a collection of semi-secret groups formed along the lines
of the Illuminati
and Freemasonry
with "inner" and "outer" circles and a pyramid hierarchy.
The inner circle was called the Circle of Initiates (or the Elect) while the
