Oxford Dictionaries call rogue states "nation(s) or state(s) regarded as breaking international law and posing a threat to the security of other nations." They're authoritarian or despotic and ruthless. They stop at nothing to achieve aims. They spurn human and civil rights. They possess weapons of mass destruction. They sponsor state terrorism. William Blum's done some of the best research. His books include "Rogue State: A Guide to the World's Only Superpower." He documented how from 1945 through 2005, America tried or succeeded in toppling over 40 governments. It crushed dozens of popular movements. It slaughtered millions of people doing so. It condemned countless others to immiseration, agony and despair. According to Blum, US policies are "worse than you imagine." "If you flip over the rock of American foreign policy (throughout) the past century, this is what crawls out:" "invasions, bombings, (subversion), overthrowing governments, suppressing (popular) movements for social change, assassinating political leaders, perverting elections, manipulating labor unions, manufacturing 'news,' death squads, torture, (chemical), biological (and nuclear) warfare, (radiological contamination), drug trafficking, mercenaries," police state repression, and war on humanity writ large. "It’s not a pretty picture," said Blum. "It is enough to give imperialism a bad name." Bullies make more enemies than friends. America's the unchallenged world champion. It intimidates, threatens, and otherwise pressures other nations to comply with its will. Obey or else is policy. It's waging longstanding war on humanity. It risks mass annihilation. It doesn't matter. Unchallenged global dominance alone counts. Rogue states operate that way. America's by far the worst. It targets independent governments. It wants pro-Western puppet regimes replacing them. It wants control of the world's resources. It wants ordinary people exploited as serfs. It mocks democratic values. It spurns rule of law principles. It enforces its will through the barrel of a gun. It does so in other nefarious ways. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was en route to China. He was forced to fly an alternative route. Obama denied him permission to overfly Puerto Rican airspace. The island state's a longtime US colony. Puerto Ricans are denied independence. Since 1898, America controlled their lives. In 1981, Puerto Rican Independentistas convicted of "seditious conspiracy" said the following: "Our position remains clear: Puerto Rico is a nation intervened, militarily conquered and colonized by the United States." We are prisoners of war captured by the enemy. Our actions have always been and continue to be in the nature of fighting a war of independence, a war of national liberation." "The US interventionist government has absolutely no right, no say so whatsoever in regards to Puerto Rico, ourselves, or any Puerto Rican prisoner of war." "The US interventionist government has only one choice....and that is to GET OUT!" "It is our right to regain and secure our national sovereignty. Nothing will stand in the way of achieving our goal." Their struggle continues. Even foreign leaders are affected. Venezuelan Foreign Minister Elias Jaua denounced what he called "an act of aggression." "We have received information from American officials that we have been denied travel over its airspace," he said. “We denounce this as yet another aggression on the part of North American imperialism against the government of the Bolivarian Republic." "No one can deny airspace to a plane carrying a president on an international state visit." "(N)o valid argument" permits preventing legitimate travel through American airspace. Rogue states make their own rules. Maduro scheduled weekend talks in Beijing. On April 14, Venezuelans elected him president. He won fair and square. Jimmy Carter calls Venezuela's electoral process the world's best. Obama hasn't recognized Maduro's legitimacy. It doesn't surprise. He treats real democratic leaders with derision. He targets them for removal. Destabilizing Venezuela is longstanding US policy. Hugo Chavez experienced the worst of it. Throughout his tenure, he was America's main hemispheric bete noire. He represented the threat of a good example. He's gone. Chavismo lives. Washington's war on Venezuela continues. It's the oil, stupid. Venezuela has the world's largest reserves. It's also for unchallenged global dominance. No holds barred tactics persist to achieve it. America's Caracas embassy is a hotbed of anti-Chavismo subversion. CIA operatives infest it. Neither country has ambassadorial-level relations. Denying Maduro Puerto Rican air space rights won't help things. It followed earlier hostile US acts. In July, Maduro called Obama's UN envoy nominee Samantha Power's comments "despicable." During Senate Foreign Relations Committee testimony, she discussed what she called a "crackdown on civil society being carried out in countries like Cuba, Iran, Russia, and Venezuela." "Power says she'll fight repression in Venezuela," asked Maduro? "What repression?" "There is repression in the United States, where they kill African-Americans with impunity, and where they hunt the youngster Edward Snowden just for telling the truth." "And the US government says they want to have good relations? What tremendous relations do they want?" Maduro demanded an apology. It didn't follow. Obama answered his way. Rogue state bullying is longstanding US policy. Obama exceeds the worst of his predecessors. He governs by diktat. He heads America's Murder, Inc. agenda. He prioritizes targeted assassinations worldwide. He authorized killing US citizens abroad. He pronounces guilt by accusation. He deployed special forces death squads globally. They operate covertly in 120 or more countries. He runs the world's largest gulag. It operates at home and abroad. Thousands of political prisoners languish inside. Guantanamo's the tip of the iceberg. Supermax prisons are its domestic equivalent. Brutalizing longterm isolation turns ordinary inmates into zombies.  Obama claims a divine right to detain anyone indefinitely. He does so uncharged and untried. He does it for any reason or none at all. Rogue leaders operate that way. Obama's by far the worst. Laws are made to be obeyed. Obama spurns them. He does so with impunity. He targets anyone challenging US imperial power. In July, he got France, Spain and Portugal to deny Evo Morales air space rights. Bolivian Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca said doing so "put at risk the life of the president." Bolivian Vice President Alvaro Garcia said Morales was "kidnapped by imperialism." He blamed EU complicity with Washington. Defense Minister Ruben Saavedra added: "This is a hostile act by the United States State Department which has used various European governments." Morales was returning home from Moscow. He attended a Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF). Washington suspected he had Edward Snowden aboard. Morales said he's "ready to give political asylum to people who expose spying activities. If we receive a request, we are willing to consider it." He hasn't changed his mind. On September 20, Press TV headlined "Bolivia plans legal action against Obama over 'crimes against humanity.' " He's doing so after denying Maduro air space rights. At a Santa Cruz press conference, he said: "I would like to announce that we are preparing a lawsuit against Barack Obama to condemn him for crimes against humanity." "The US cannot be allowed to continue with its policy of intimidation and blockading presidential flights." In solidarity with Venezuela, he's suing in the International Criminal Court (ICC). He called an emergency Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) meeting. Discussion will focus on what Venezuela calls "an act of intimidation by North American imperialism." Morales called on CELAC members to recall their Washington ambassadors. He urged Bolivarian Alliance of the Americas member states to boycott the upcoming UN meeting. Maduro raised another issue. Washington set conditions on granting Venezuelan General Wilmer Barrientos visa permission to attend next week's General Assembly session. "They want to put conditions, if we decide to go to New York. They don't want to give a visa to my minister," said Maduro. He told Foreign Minister Elias Jaua to "activate all mechanisms" regarding the visa dispute. "US, you are not the UN's owner. The UN will have to move out  of New York," Maduro added. He warned he's prepared to take "the most drastic measures necessary" to ensure Venezuelan sovereignty. "Do we want to go as tourists? We're going to the United Nations. You're obligated to give visas to all the delegation," he stressed. Note: Late word suggests Washington rescinded its Puerto Rican air space denial. According to State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf, Venezuela improperly requested permission. Saying so doesn't wash. She claimed Caracas gave one day's notice. Three are required, she said. "Additionally, the plane in question was not a state aircraft, which is required for a diplomatic clearance," she added. "Although the request was not properly submitted, US authorities worked with Venezuelan officials at the Venezuelan Embassy to resolve the issue." "US authorities made an extraordinary effort to work with relevant authorities to grant overflight approval in a matter of hours." These type 11th hour comments ring hollow. Denying a head of state air passage rights lacks legitimacy. It does so under virtually all circumstances. Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff has her own bone to pick. Documents Snowden revealed show NSA spies on her lawlessly. It monitors her phone calls, emails, and cell phone messages relating to key advisors. In response, she denounced what she called "impermissible and unacceptable." She cancelled a planned state visit. State owned Petrobras (PBR) is also targeted. At stake is giving big US oil giants a competitive advantage. According to the Financial Times, PBR intends spending $9.5 billion in the next five years for improved security. President Maria das Gracas Foster announced it, saying: "This is a policy that is so important it has been personally approved by the board of directors." "The management of our goods, people, information and the wealth we create is of crucial importance." At stake is much more than security. Communications Minister Paulo Bernardo said Brazil intends requiring all data exchanges based in Brazil to include locally produced equipment. Doing so will adversely impact major US suppliers. Online companies Google, Yahoo, Facebook and others are affected. New mandates require internal servers for all data involving Brazilians. Its privacy laws will have to be obeyed. In mid-September, Brazil and Argentina approved a broader military cooperation agreement. It calls for improved cyber defense capabilities. It does so after Snowden's revelations. Under Obama, America more than ever is a global menace. Imperial madness threatens world peace. Out-of-control US policy is arrogant, misguided, and destructive. It combines state terror with war on humanity. It does so despite no enemies. It invents them out of whole cloth. It pursues unchallenged global dominance. It bears repeating. It risks WW III. Two whistleblowers, both formerly involved in secret research and development projects undertaken by US defense agencies, have independently verified their secret teleportation to US bases on Mars, and to meeting intelligent Martian extraterrestrial life.  Their accounts are now available on the Internet, and can be seen below in this article.

One of the whistleblowers, Arthur Neumann, who until recently referred to himself as Henry Deacon, was formerly associated with a U.S. government agency,  

On July 25, 2009, at the European Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona, Mr. Neumann publicly stated, “There is life on Mars. There are bases on Mars. I have been there.”   The following day, Mr. Neumann participated in Futuretalk, a Project Camelot documentary interview, in which he provided details of his teleporting to a base on Mars and participating in a one-hour project meeting, which was also attended by representatives of an intelligent civilization that lives in cities under the surface of Mars.

The other whistleblower, lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, is a former child participant in a secret time travel project launched by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).  In a six-hour interview released August 31, 2009, Mr. Basiago “relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus during the period 1969 to 1972, and describes probes to past and future events that he took via teleportation and chronovision during the early days of time-space exploration by the US government.

“He [Mr. Basiago] confirms that the United States has been teleporting individuals to Mars for decades and recounts the awe-inspiring and terrifying trips that he took to Mars in 1981 after he was tapped to go there because he had teleported as a child participant in Project Pegasus.”  

Mr. Basiago has also publicly confirmed that in 1970, in the company of his late father, Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company who worked on classified aerospace projects, he met three Martian astronauts at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility in Wood Ridge, New Jersey while the Martians were there on a liaison mission to Earth and meeting with US defense-technical personnel.

Arthur Neumann’s verification of the existence of bases on Mars, and of having personally been to Mars, occurred at the end of Command Sgt. Major (USAF retired) Robert Dean’s presentation at the European Exopolitics Summit and can be seen beginning at 54 minutes into the presentation (above).

During his presentation, Robert Dean showed satellite images of an apparent city under the surface of Mars, as well as an apparent base on the surface of Mars.

The July 26, 2009 Futuretalk interview, during which Mr. Neumann spoke about the details of his teleportation to Mars for a one-hour project meeting on Mars attended by Martian humanoids, was conducted by Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot, with the participation of Robert Dean and Alfred Lambremont Webre.

Mr. Basiago was recently featured in “A Conversation with Andrew D. Basiago,” a six-hour interview posted by Jessica Schab on YouTube.  

In the 39-part interview, he relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus as one of America’s early time-space explorers during the period 1969-72 and narrates the seven episodes over 40 years in which the CIA, in possession of a “quantum access” capability since 1967-68, briefed him about his destiny as a public figure who would one day be principally associated with the discovery of life on Mars.  

Ms. Schab writes that in this “six-hour interview, American lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, 47, narrates the hidden history of his discovery of life on Mars in 2008 and reveals the fact that by 1968 the US intelligence community was already aware of aspects of his later Mars work.

“Andy tells the phenomenal story of seven briefings over 40 years in which he was shown evidence of his destiny involving the discovery of life on Mars, and explains how the emergence of time travel and this epochal future event were interlinked.

“According to Andy, by 1968, the CIA was already teleporting individuals to the past and future to retrieve artifacts there and bring them back, while propagating holograms of past and future events with devices called chronovisors to also gather intelligence.

“Incredibly, as a result of this quantum access, Andy was given a copy of his landmark paper The Discovery of Life on Mars in 1971 and asked to read and remember it, so that when, in 2008,  he wrote it, it would contain as much data about Mars as possible!”

Ms. Schab writes, “I first met Andy in July 2009 at ECETI’s Science, Spirit and World Transformation Conference near Mt. Adams, Washington, where we were both featured speakers.”

Ms. Schab continues, “During his lecture, Andy shared numerous photographic images evidencing his discovery of life on Mars, including many photos of humanoid beings, different animal species, carved statues and built structures on Mars that put him at the forefront of Mars research.

“Throughout the weekend, Andy lectured at his table to small groups of conference-goers, who came and sat in rapt attention as he shared stories about his experiences as a child in Project Pegasus, the secret US research program in which time travel was the focus.

“I know that, like me, everybody who took part in those impromptu seminars was certain that Andy is, as Bill Ryan of Project Camelot stated recently, the real deal -- a truth-teller with significant new information to share about the real Philadelphia Experiment.”

How to evaluate the significance of the Mars testimony of Arthur Neumann and Andrew D. Basiago

Arthur Neumann and Andrew D. Basiago are each intelligent, credible professionals with histories as former participants in top secret projects sponsored by US government agencies, including DARPA.  Their separate and independent revelations that each has secretly teleported to bases on Mars provide strong corroborative evidence for the existence of a permanent teleportation mechanism linking Earth and Mars, and for the existence of functioning bases of the US government on Mars.

According to Mr. Basiago, the US government has had a fully operational teleportation capability since 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was already training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of “chrononauts” or time-space explorers.

This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company of Hunt.  Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a “jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA.  The apparent purpose of the trips to Mars was to familiarize him with Mars because the CIA knew of his destiny as the discoverer of life on Mars and deemed it important that he visit Mars and experience it first-hand.

Mr. Basiago’s involvement in US time-space research as a child, as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with US military and intelligence agencies, and by US Army Captain Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in US intelligence included both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to DARPA’s Project Pegasus.

Arthur Neumann has stated that he teleported to Mars in order to participate in an project meeting there at which Martian extraterrestrials were present.  Mr. Basiago has publicly stated that he and his father briefly met three Martian astronauts at a US defense contractor location while the Martians were there on a liaison visit from Mars.

These independent whistleblower statements, in turn, provide a threshold of corroborative evidence that an intelligent civilization lives under the surface of Mars, and that this civilization is involved in on-going secret liaison programs with agencies of the US government, including the CIA.

There were seven times in his life when the CIA informed Mr. Basiago about some aspect of his future Mars work.  

Five of the episodes were informational briefings in which aspects of his future landmark paper The Discovery of Life on Mars (2008), establishing the existence of life forms on the ecologically fragile surface of Mars, were revealed to him.

The other two episodes – the meeting with the Martian astronauts at Curtiss-Wright in 1970 and his two trips to Mars in 1981 – were practical exercises in which Mr. Basiago’s future role in making public the existence of a strategic relationship between the US government and the Martian civilization seems to have been the purpose.  

The seven briefings apparently resulted from a finding by the CIA, made some time around 1967-68, that Mr. Basiago’s future Mars writings were of international security significance.  According to Basiago, when the CIA asked him to teleport to Mars in 1981, he was told that he had to go to Mars but not told why he had to go.

Mr. Basiago told the Examiner:

“When I asked Courtney M. Hunt why I had to teleport to Mars, he said, ‘Because the survival of the human race depends on it.’  At this point, we can only guess at what my CIA contact knew.  I wish I knew.

“Clearly, I was qualified to teleport to Mars because I had teleported back and forth between New Jersey and New Mexico as one of the children attached to Project Pegasus.  But the broader reason why I had to teleport to Mars remains a mystery.  

“Maybe it involved the normalization of relations between Earth and Mars pertaining to an extraterrestrial defense posture that was then being established.  Maybe it was something as basic as the fact that they knew that my discovery of life on Mars would inspire the next generation of Americans to become astronauts and space scientists.  

“All I know is that it was a journey to Mars that the CIA had determined that I absolutely had to make and that I could not decline.  Today, I’m glad that I went to Mars, because it gave me an understanding of what Mars is like, and this understanding informs the works of natural history that I am currently writing about life on Mars.”

Mars visitors Basiago and Stillings confirm Barack Obama traveled to Mars

Two former participants in the CIA’s Mars visitation program of the early 1980’s have confirmed that U.S. President Barack H. Obama was enrolled in their Mars training class in 1980 and was among the young Americans from the program who they later encountered on the Martian surface after reaching Mars via “jump room.”

Andrew D. Basiago, 50, a lawyer in Washington State who served in DARPA’s time travel program Project Pegasus in the 1970’s, and fellow chrononaut William B. Stillings, 44, who was tapped by the Mars program for his technical genius, have publicly confirmed that Obama was enrolled in their Mars training class in 1980 and that each later encountered Obama during visits to rudimentary U.S. facilities on Mars that took place from 1981 to 1983.

Their astonishing revelations provide a new dimension to the controversy surrounding President Obama’s background and pose the possibility that it is an elaborate ruse to conceal Obama’s participation as a young man in the U.S. secret space program.

According to Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings, in Summer 1980 they attended a three-week factual seminar about Mars to prepare them for trips that were then later taken to Mars via teleportation. The course was taught by remote viewing pioneer Major Ed Dames, who was then serving as a scientific and technical intelligence officer for the U.S. Army.  It was held at The College of the Siskiyous, a small college near Mt. Shasta in California.

They state that ten teenagers were enrolled in the Mars training program.  In addition to Basiago and Stillings, two of the eight other teenagers in Major Dames’ class that they can identify today were Barack Obama, who was then using the name “Barry Soetoro,” and Regina Dugan, who Mr. Obama appointed the 19th director and first female director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 2009.

As many as seven parents of the ten students, all with ties to the CIA, audited the class. They included Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company who was the chief technical liaison between Parsons and the CIA on Tesla-based teleportation; Thomas Stillings, an operations analyst for the Lockheed Corporation who had served with the Office of Naval Intelligence; and Mr. Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, who carried out assignments for the CIA in Kenya and Indonesia.

From 1981 to 1983, the young attendees then went on to teleport to Mars via a “jump room” located in a building occupied by Hughes Aircraft at 999 N. Sepulveda Boulevard in El Segundo, California, adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Obama identified as having visited Mars at least twice

Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings have each issued public statements confirming that they both attended Mars training with Mr. Obama and later encountered him on Mars during separate visits.

On August 21, 2011, Mr. Basiago stated:  "Something highly significant has happened, and that is that two individuals from the same Mars training class in 1980 (Basiago and Stillings) have met and are comparing experiences and are able to corroborate not only that they were on the surface of Mars together but that before reaching Mars via jump room they were trained with a group of teenagers that included the current President of the United States (Obama) and director of DARPA (Dugan)."

Mr. Stillings’ statement, released at the same time, read:  "I can confirm that Andrew D. Basiago and Barack Obama (then using the name "Barry Soetoro") were in my Mars training course in Summer 1980 and that during the time period 1981 to 1983, I encountered Andy, Courtney M. Hunt of the CIA, and other Americans on the surface of Mars after reaching Mars via the "jump room" in El Segundo, California.”

In a statement made Sept 20, 2011, Mr. Basiago confirmed Mr. Obama’s co-participation in the 1980 Mars training class, stating:  “Barry Soetoro, a student at Occidental College, was in my Mars training class under Major Ed Dames at The College of the Siskiyous in Weed, California in 1980. That fact has been corroborated by one of my other classmates, Brett Stillings. Two years later, when he was taller, thinner, more mature, a better listener, using the name ‘Barack Obama,’ and attending a different college, Columbia University, we crossed paths again in Los Angeles and I didn't recognize him as the person that I had been trained with in the Mars program and encountered on the surface of Mars. In fact, doing so would have been virtually impossible in any case, because measures had been taken to block our later memories of Mars shortly after we completed our training in 1980.”

Mr. Basiago states that during one of his trips to Mars via “jump room” that took place from 1981 to 1983, he was sitting on a wall beneath an arching roof that covered one of the “jump room” facilities as he watched Mr. Obama walk back to the jump room from across the Martian terrain. When Mr. Obama walked past him and Mr. Basiago acknowledged him, Mr. Obama stated, with some sense of fatalism:  “Now we’re here!”

Mr. Stillings states that during one of his visits to Mars, he walked out of the “jump room” facility and encountered Mr. Obama standing beside the facility by himself staring vacantly into a ravine located adjacent to the facility.

Mr. Basiago thinks that it is virtually certain that Ms. Dugan also went to Mars, because he once encountered her at the building in El Segundo where the “jump room” to Mars was located as he was entering the building to jump to Mars and she was exiting it. “I know you!” she said, greeting him as she passed him in the lobby of the building.

Basiago, Obama, Stillings, and Dugan went to Mars at a time when the U.S. presence on Mars was only just beginning but many had already gone.

Mr. Basiago states that in the early 1980’s, when they went, the U.S. facilities on Mars were rudimentary and resembled the construction phase of a rural mining project.    While there was some infrastructure supporting the jump rooms on Mars, there were no base-like buildings like the U.S. base on Mars first revealed publicly by Command Sgt. Major Robert Dean at the European Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona, Spain in 2009.

The primitive conditions that they encountered on Mars might explain the high level of danger involved. Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings agree that Major Dames stated during their training class at The College of the Siskiyous in 1980:  “Of the 97,000 individuals that we have thus far sent to Mars, only 7,000 have survived there after five years.”

In light of these risks, prior to going to Mars, Mr. Basiago received additional training from Mr. Hunt. Hunt, a career CIA officer, showed Mr. Basiago how to operate the respiration device that he would wear only during his first jump to Mars in July 1981, provided him with a weapon to protect himself on Mars, and took him to the Lockheed facility in Burbank, California for training in avoiding predators on the Martian surface.

When they then first teleported to Mars in Summer 1981, the young Mars visitors confronted the situation that Major Dames had covered at length during the class the previous summer – that one of their principal concerns on Mars would be to avoid being devoured by one of the predator species on the Martian surface, some of which they would be able to evade, and some of which were impossible to evade if encountered.

The Mars program was launched, Basiago and Stillings were told, to establish a defense regime protecting the Earth from threats from space and, by sending civilians, to establish a legal basis for the U.S. to assert a claim of territorial sovereignty over Mars.  In furtherance of these goals and the expectation that human beings from Earth would begin visiting Mars in greater numbers, their mission was to acclimate Martian humanoids and animals to their presence or, as Major Dames stated during their training near Mt. Shasta in 1980: “Simply put, your task is to be seen and not eaten.”

It is not known whether NASA-JPL, which is located in Pasadena, California, had a hand in selecting the young people for their dangerous interplanetary mission to Mars, but it is conspicuous that all four had Pasadena, California connections.

Mr. Basiago was the son of an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company, which is headquartered in Pasadena. Mr. Stillings was residing in La Canada, California, which is a suburb of Pasadena. Mr. Obama had just completed a year of undergraduate studies at Occidental College in Eagle Rock, California, near Pasadena. Ms. Dugan was attending the California Institute of Technology, which is located in Pasadena.

1980: U.S. secret Mars teleportation program and rudimentary facilities on Mars

The firsthand, eyewitness testimony of Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings as to the existence of a secret U.S. presence on Mars that is made possible by a revolutionary “jump room” technology that has been concealed from the public is congruent with similar accounts given by three other Mars whistle blowers:

(1) Former U.S. serviceman Michael Relfe, who spent 20 years as a member of the permanent security staff of a U.S. facility on Mars;

(2) Former Department of Defense (DoD) scientist Arthur Neumann, who has testified publicly that he teleported to a U.S. facility on Mars for DoD project meetings; and

(3) Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, great-granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who in 2007 refused a covert attempt to recruit her into what was described to her as a secret U.S. colony on Mars.

Mars researchers, including physicist David Wilcock, estimate that as a result of the “jump room” technology that Relfe, Basiago, Neumann, and Stillings have described, the U.S. colony on Mars that Eisenhower was invited to join might number 500,000 individuals.

Secret U.S. presence on Mars and Obama’s Mars connection airs on Coast to Coast AM on Thursday

Public revelation of Mr. Obama’s secret Mars connection will continue with a special broadcast on talk radio’s Coast to Coast AM this Thursday, November 10, 2011 from Midnight to 2 AM PST.

Mars visitors Andrew D. Basiago and William B. Stillings will be appearing with Mars whistle blower Laura M. Eisenhower in an historic broadcast.

This will be the first time that a mainstream media program will interview two Mars visitors on the same show and in a joint appearance with an individual invited to join the secret U.S. colony on the Red Planet.

He has been plagued with questions and doubts concerning his background throughout his first term as President.

Questions like - is Barack Obama actually American? Is he a Muslim? Is he actually an alien from another planet? - have frequently been asked.

The next question circulating on the internet - has President Obama had brain surgery?

President Obama meeting comedian George Lopez as the First Lady looks on. Some observers believe this image shows a distinctive scar which looks like those left after brain surgery. However, there could simply be another explanation such as a bad haircut or birth mark

Internet blog sites, conspiracy theorists and forums are awash with rumours as to what those mystery scars on the president's head are from.

In pictures, Obama appears to have a long scar which goes up the side of his head and over his crown.

Some conspiracy theorists claim they are scars that you would see on someone who has had brain surgery.

But without medical records (along with his school records and birth certificate) no one seems to be able to provide an answer as to the cause of the mystery scars.

Ben Hart, a blogger for Escape The Tyranny a website which presents itself as a Social Network & Forum For Conservatives, said:  'Obama's almost done with his first term, and we still know almost nothing about the background of the President of the United States.

'Whatever happened to create that scar, it was clearly something serious. Was it a brain operation? Has it affected his thinking?

'No one is allowed to see his birth certificate. He is just one big mystery man, which adds intrigue to what that huge scar is all about.'

He also said that surgery might explain why the President gets lost speaking without a teleprompter, and posted a video of Obama struggling through a speech, repeating his words and getting lost mid-sentence.

Speculation about different aspects of Obama's life first gathered momentum when questions over his actual birthplace started to emerge, with many believing he was born in Kenya rather than Hawaii, as he has stated.
Millions of dollars have allegedly been spent trying to ensure that it is not released to the public, not even the Hawaiian governor has access to it. 

Added to that are the fact his medical records have also been sealed.

A spokeswoman from the White House said they were not willing to comment on such claims, saying they were 'ridiculous'.

Countless neurosurgeons said it is 'not their place' to comment on whether or not distinctive scars on the President's head are as a result of brain surgery.

Others offered explanations such as a bad haircut or even a birthmark though many did agree that the scars are similar to those a produced after major brain surgery.

Without medical records or an admission from the White House, the public may never know the answer to the question, along with the contents of his birth certificate.
