Know Your Rights: The International Bill of Rights

Know Your Rights

The International Bill of Rights

The International Declaration of Human Rights

 http://www.nathanshumate.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/04/princeofpeace.jpg

Should it be a surprise that very few are aware of the single major document that protects rights and freedoms of virtually all the peoples of the world? The UN Declaration of Human Rights should not be taken for granted. Along with a handful of other documents it comprises the International Bill of Rights, this document guarantees most of the rights and freedoms you enjoy today, and which you quite possibly take for granted. Can you find anything herein that you disagree with on principle?

On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the full text of which appears in the following pages. Following this historic act the Assembly called upon all Member countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and "to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories."

PREAMBLE

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,

Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the commonpeople,

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,

Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,

Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,

Now, Therefore,
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
proclaims
THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

  1. And who declares these rights? The elitist who calls himself God acting on behalf of a group who calls themselves the United Nations? All nations are united we don't need some clown to tell us that. All the world is ONE, we're all connected, the entire Universe is ONE.... Rights? What are really the rights of all the people who have no money? And is it really their choice that they have little to no money.... Rights are granted to us by GOD, not by man... If we're all born equal than what one man has the right to declare his rights over another... That is what is happening all throughout the world, one mans rights over another mans rights because of our collective belief that we are only valuable by the amount of private money we possess. Judges rule in favor of $ symbols and not by the God given rights toward man. Hypocrisy reins supreme here. Rights? Ha... And the beliefs of easily repudiated opinions have no merit in my eyes. If we're truly free than ask yourselves why you're paying for anything at all, including your own God given rights! In a FREE ENERGY society our rights will not be debated, because most crimes would simply cease to exist. There will be no psychological need to capitalize over our fellow man when the energy is free and the abundances of the whole earth is ours as a right of birth. There will be no need to hoard the resources of the land and sea, there will be no need to place up fences to keep out trespassers of the make believe privacy of land. There will be no corrupted police forces who cater to the highest bidder. There will be no planned wastage of our precious natural resources etc... Free energy means free people and equal rights for all, anything less than this is BS and everyone knows it deep in their own hearts.

  2. Well spoken, its definitely a brilliant opinion :)

  3. If all people are "equal," then why don't the multi-trillionaire international banking cartels who wrote this document start sharing their own wealth with the world?

  5. Excellent points, aye - but it behoves us to NOT shoot the messenger of peace, and it's unwise to mistake peacemakers for the warmongers at the dark heart of today's feuding feudal civilisations.
It may well be that the current form which 'human nature' takes predates and preconfigures today's monetarist societies. The provision of free energy systems is a good first step but it won't change these underlying dynamics of itself.
Can you find specific fault with any of the actual articles outlined above - remembering that they're a partial list of all the other covenants that have been enacted by the UN to protect people?

    ReplyDelete
  6. If the United Nations were indeed interested in the reality of peace they would educate people about all the merits related to the REALITIES of FREE ENERGY. Didn't the Rockefellers found and fund the United Nations? And is it not obvious to all discerning people what their current and past objectives are? Is it not world domination through imperial ambitions by exploiting peoples psychological dependencies on their own private MONEY supply? And will we really know peace if they own all the marbles to their very exclusive and or private country club game?

    ReplyDelete
  7. The United Nations epitomizes hypocrisy. Ask yourselves how will ALL nations will be United? Will they be United through a Free Energy Society or through the continued exploitation practices of false ideologies that serve one so called "Elite" group over all others? Will this be the final outcome of all the hard work that the United Nations performed on your behalf? Ha... I don't think so.

Can I "find fault with any of the actual articles outline above" Yes, I can for they are not founded in the REALITIES of a free society and are therefore hypocritical to any worthy cause towards the betterment of ALL man and so they seemingly act to serve and or pacify the egos of a small group of self-righteous elitists who think their above Gods natural laws.

    ReplyDelete
  8. And yes, it's unwise to mistake the peacemakers for the warmongers, but who are the peacemakers? I don't think the peacemakers are political, I think the peacemakers are the engineers and technical experts who are creating alternative free energy technologies. They are the real peacemakers and all those who are attempting to educate others on the MERITS of a potential free energy society. Warmongers are all those who make bombs and guns (weapons of mass destruction) and all those politicians that sell their constituent ideologies of divisiveness through a fascist totalitarian owned media and educational plutocracy. There can be NO UNITY UNDER THE CURRENT CLIMATE OF FEAR that is perpetuated by any and all who support the objectives of the United Nations.

    ReplyDelete
  9. The peacemakers are NOT and have never been United Nations politicians, so their proclamation of international rights is laughable. It is possible that a relatively peaceful society based on unity can occur, but it cannot under any kind of money system which by it's very nature is divisive.

Does the United Nations really hold the moral compass by granting us our rights? Ask yourselves how they can do this. Are they allowed to do this because they own all the gold, and resources of the world? Are they allowed to do this because they own US? Yes, I think so.... They arrogantly believe that they own us and so they feel obliged to make up any rule and or right that they want because they control the lands, sea guns and food etc... I say, break free from your United Nations slave masters by declaring your own individual sovereignty through maritime law, do it legally and proclaim your sovereignty to the world through publications, declare it to the police departments, to the judges, to all the government stooges.... Break free, and learn to live freely in harmony and balance with ALL the rights granted to us by GOD. The United Nations, Ha.... Just another ACT in the theatre of the absurd.

    ReplyDelete
  10. This declaration was agreed to in another, more innocent and optimistic time, after the end of WW2. It was enacted with excellent intentions. Certainly free energy is the lynch pin that can save us from ourselves, but technical personnel are also responsible for designing and building all those weapons of war.
Individual sovereignty is the truth behind the facade of today's societies and few are prepared or trained to accept responsibility for themselves.
Today's UN is mostly a gabfest (or worse), but if we're to grow beyond out terrestrial perspective we need to create a world council of some type or other and this is what we have at present. The optimum would be direct democracy - when we can trust the software and programmers, and work out how to avoid a technocracy.
Once more - any specific objections to any of the articles above? If we look closely it may become obvious that most of us already agree on some fundamental things (except for sectarian fundamentalists of course).

    ReplyDelete
  11. "Avoid a technocracy?" A technocracy is simply a government of skill and function by engineers, scientists and technical experts who would simply measure the most effective and or energy efficient technologies as they applied them to the real world for the benefit to ALL. Technocracy is way beyond the political sphere, they are non-profit, non-sectarian and are therefore uncorrupted by beliefs, mythologies, and or opinions that are irrelevant to producing the measurable best form of transportation devises for example. How can we continue to have our so called United Nations political leaders interfering with the process of designing and engineering the most energy efficient cities whilst being dictated to by their constituents value systems that have no basis in reality? Tesla had a vision of a free energy society that would render most all values obsolete. Howard Scott had a vision of a technocracy that appeared to the general public as being very socialistic in nature. They were running around in uniforms and driving the same grey (ugly) cars and standing at attention under a pretty cool flag (MONAD) but still they gave a militaristic first impression, and that was not cool. A Tesla version of technocracy is preferable. All this talk is cheap if we continue to deceive ourselves into thinking that the leaders of the UN will be the money men and women advocating for a fully functional UTOPIA based on free energy. Sorry it won't happen, and sound money won't solve the problems either, simply because sound money is based on the very same scarcity determined commodity valuations as the fiat money idea because the gold is already in private hands. I don't know if I'm making any sense here, but perhaps you get the drift of what I'm saying.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Again, yes I specifically object to all articles above simply because these rights cannot be granted to ALL mankind under the current operating insanity. intentions are good, yes of course, but certainly not in DEED.
And direct democracy can never be the best of anything. If as we stick to the topic of easily repudiated forms of democratic principals, well then Alice will always be alive and well in Wonderland and no solutions to any of our most complex problems will be actualized. The best form of political government however dysfunctional is and will continue to be the easily repudiated republic idea that's based on the principals of sound money. But again, we'll still be in wonderland here as well. How about a system based on a close agreement of a series of OBSERVATIONS of the same phenomena? Yes, a UN world council that bases it's decision making firmly on the science of what we KNOW and not on what we believe to be true.... Is this not UTOPIA... Imagine No political- monetary - and or sectarian interference getting in the way of free and abundant energy systems that are and will be designed for the betterment of ALL:. Sorry, I'm afraid a political democracy of beliefs won't do it. Oh yes, politics has gotten us to a point but we're stuck in the muck, because our beliefs keep interfering with real world solutions.

  13. 'Frankenstein' is an appropriate myth for dealing with the conundrum presented by the fact that technicians have made and continue to make abominable errors that regularly damage humans and the ecosystem. The mental compartmentalisation of specialisation means that most engineers and scientists know little beyond their narrow range of expertise, including the ramifications and effects o their creations.
A good start to reforming the UN would begin with the dismantling of the (in)security council and having nations actually ELECT their representatives to the UN. Then it would be a democratic and slightly representative organisation.
Removal of fractional reserve banking and false scrip would be a good start to reform of the financial system - let's see what Bitcoin can achieve on a parallel front...

    ReplyDelete
  14. Well, lets look at it this way. A Technocracy is already here but cannot function up to optimum capacity because of all the political and or monetary interference. Any form of technocracy that is informed by the monetarists that control them will automatically have to engineer waste into the system. Waste and corruption is why the technocracy cannot function effectively. Money must function under scarcity conditions and is therefore ineffective in solving of our most complex problems that we do so well to write about here in this forum!

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yes, the corrupting factors contributing to "abominable errors that regularly damage humans and the ecosystem," (are caused by the conditions) in which the engineers and technical experts are made to operate under. Engineers and technical experts are simply working for money and must adhere to the price system that the money and political people control. We have been conditioned from birth to believe that money is our life's blood, and without it many engineers and technicians believe they'll starve to death, so they feel that they must abide by the insane laws of the pricing system whilst failing to produce all that they're capable of producing in harmonious balance with nature laws. Imagine if you take the incentive of $ symbols away, and we decide to really UNITE? Imagine all the best engineers and technicians working together to create the most efficient free energy system the world has ever known. They simply can't engineer their brilliance under the current price system, a system which automatically encourages waste, corruption, pollution, greed, hoarding, and screwing our fellow man through laws that don't UNITE but divide us ALL. We're capable of so very much more and we must not blame the technocrats for the problems that are related entirely to the pricing system. We're all prisoners of the same game, and the only way to solve anything is to completely change to a new game through education and research, and the necessary application of existing free technologies that can immediately raise our level of compassion for the betterment of ALL THE WORLD.

I used to think that some kind of reversion to colonial scrip would help solve our many economic-political problems, but then logic says to me, that most all the lands and resources of the world have already been bought and paid for with fiat funny money and so how do we go about starting over with scrip when any money game will always be owned and controlled by the same people with the same old world odor ideologies?

    ReplyDelete
  16. And look at Technocracy in a new way, update your thinking about it. The leaders of Technocracy inc., way back when were also the heads of geo-physics and electric company departments working within the walls of the big oil companies, the GE's of the world, and various war departments.

Now look at technocracy today as being a group of rouge engineers and technical experts who escaped into vast rain forests and have hidden their technology and are waiting for the right moment to share it with all the world. This technology is clean, free, and blows any and all oil based technologies out of the water and can solve most every problem known to man. We now have the technology that operates in perfect balance with natures laws, and we don't need to go back to the dark ages to live in balance and harmony, we just need to learn how to share what we know with others, without all the unnecessary classifications of secrecy.

If we really expect to be free we all must learn to share the world for everyones benefit. We can do it! Though it can only happen after the collapse of our current way of doing business.

    ReplyDelete
  17. It's true. The basic problem is people's ingraied & entrained proclivity to believe in and work and die for fantasy constructs, whether they be externalised deities, money, or any other unreal yet potent meme.
Free energy technology is the lynchpin upon which the reengineering of our future can occur. It's a route to environmental rehabilitation and freedom on all levels.
We can easily replace all the built-in obsolescent consumer gewgaws, vehicles, power stations and other superannuated crapola we currently are afflicted with and have efficient technologies that operate at peak performance for a very long time. There's no more need to keep the old wage slavery routine running. We can create a world where no-one needs work at anything but the task that is their true calling, if only we have the courage to leap off the rat run treadmill and create something new.
But technical expertise gives no guarantee of wisdom. Without democratic representation this brave newer world will never come about - another very good book that brings the precautionary principle to bear on any utopian dreams.

  18. Thanks for responding Illuminator, I appreciate your thought provoking antidotes. There have been many brilliant minds who debated the merits, myths, foibles and follies of a true democracy within the price system and or through technocratic regulations, especially by venerable technocrats from whom I was privileged and honored to have learned from.

The argument against voting was understood by these great minds by the fact that any and all voting systems were easily corruptible. There were some Technocrats that I happened to agree with, and they stated that we would probably only produce and distribute abundantly "only" the goods and services that we all required for sustaining our lives whilst giving people the widest latitude of consumable choice free of price. There were other Technocrats who stated that we could simply vote for the kind of consumable products we desired. My friend Dean, (MENSA member) said that this would automatically lead to a corrupt system whereby the majority could be sold on the idea of consuming whatever product that they thought they really didn't need which would compound the waste problem of natural resources that we are currently and unnecessarily wasting today.

    ReplyDelete
  19. In a bogus Technocracy, voting will allow people to have an opinion about how things are produced and distributed , but ask yourselves, do you really want the majority of the people who don't know anything at all about production and distribution to interject their opinions into matters that they know little to nothing about? Ask yourselves, wouldn't you prefer that the engineers, technical experts, and the like, to work the worldwide production and distribution system without any interference of the voting public and their unwitting opinions. Can't you see that these opinions would automatically get in the way of the jobs that must be done through the efficiency of measurable factors???

And do we really expect the majority of voting public to know all the measurable factors, and if they don't know all the measurable factors related to production and distribution, then how can we expect to install a free energy society that would perform up to optimum functioning capacity through the most energy effective ways possible?

If we decide to allow the the general public to vote with their opinions whilst not knowing any of the FACTS in a technocracy, then what if anything would elevate us beyond what we are seeing today all throughout our wasteful and obviously corrupted so called true world democracy?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Illuminator wrote- " Without democratic representation this brave newer world will never come about"-" my reply- But democratic principals are based solely on the abstract idea of what a political structure is and any and all political structures need money to survive, and money at it's very core, is nothing more than a set of values that depend on the artificial creation of scarcity of all natural resources that we depend on for our survival and hence democratic representation under any guise will always interfere with what we know to be factual about the application of free energy technologies and hence the UNITY OF NATIONS is and will be nothing more than a fraud from which political thinkers ignorantly raise themselves to a feverish pathology that they directly align themselves to our own sense of vanity and self-righteous indignation whilst facing in an even harsher reality with no viable solutions to any of our most complex problems evident to even our most brilliant of cons.

FREEDOM, is incompatible with the notion of money and any form of democratic representation .

MONEY and POLITICS under the guise of democracy can never co-exist in a functional society based on the realities of FREEDOM.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Mammoney is the crime, Aye - but let's not throw out the baby with the bathwater. Extreme Libertarianist freedom involves not paying attention to the rights of others - do you have a better current alternative to rightly maligned democracy? Or is it still the worst possible system aside from all the rest?

    ReplyDelete
  22. What would a viable Technocracy look like without any form of political-price system interference? Would the engineers and technical experts continue to make weapons of mass destruction, would they continue to make cheap products that are designed to break down? Would they continue to fully utilize oil based technologies whilst ignoring viable alternatives that are abundant beyond our willingness to price? Would they continue to pollute for profit? I could go on and on.... Engineers and technical experts are NOT the problem here, but our individual and collective willingness to operate under PRICE SYSTEM control IS! For the very nature of MONEY is divisive for in order for money to have value, we must make it scarce and hence all of the resources that we can purchase, scarce! We living under the framework of a scarcity determined commodity valuations system of exploitation, phony RIGHTS, and self-righteous proclamations about who is better than whom within the framework of an INSANE operating system that assures our self-destruction.
