The Abduction of Antonio Villas Boas: A Closer Encounter

The Abduction of Antonio Villas Boas
A Closer Encounter

The first UFO abduction to be publicly revealed occurred in a remote area of SaƵ Paolo, Brazil. On October 5, 1957, young farmer Antonio Villas Boas and his brother both observed a strange glowing object hovering over their farm. The next night, the UFO returned. This time, it hovered directly over their home, lighting up the inside like daylight. Then, on October 7, 1957, Antonio was plowing the fields very late, at around 1:00 a.m., when the UFO appeared again.

This time, the object hovered over the tractor, and then landed in the field. Antonio could then see that it was a “strange type of machine.” It was large, egg-shaped, covered with colored lights and stood on three metal legs. Antonio tried to drive away, but suddenly his tractor engine died. Antonio then jumped out of the tractor and tried to run away. Suddenly, he was surrounded by several short figures dressed in tight-fitting gray jumpsuits and dark helmets. They quickly grabbed Antonio and pulled him aboard the craft.

Once inside the craft, Boas said that he was stripped of his clothes and covered from head-to-toe with a strange gel. He was then led into a large semicircular room, through a doorway that had strange red symbols written over it. (Boas claimed that he was able to memorize these symbols and later reproduced them for investigators.) In this room the beings took samples of Boas' blood from his chin. After this he was then taken to a third room and left alone for around half an hour. During this time, some kind of gas was pumped into the room, which made Boas become violently ill.

Shortly after this, Boas claimed that he was joined in the room by another humanoid. This one, however, was female, very attractive, and naked. She was the same height as the other beings he had encountered, with a small, pointed chin and large, blue catlike eyes. The hair on her head was long and white (somewhat like platinum blonde) but her underarm and pubic hair were bright red. Boas said he was strongly attracted to the woman, and the two had sexual intercourse. When it was all over, the female smiled at Boas. The female seemed relieved that their "task" was over, and Boas himself felt angered by the situation.

Boas said that he was then given back his clothing and taken on a tour of the ship by the humanoids. Afterwards, he was led out of the room and taken on a short tour of the craft. He was shown the engine room, which he was unable to understand. During this tour he said that he attempted to take a clock-like device as proof of his encounter, but was caught by the humanoids and prevented from doing so. He was then escorted off the ship and watched as it took off, glowing brightly. When Boas returned home, he discovered that four hours had passed.

In the aftermath, Antonio suffered a number of physical symptoms including insomnia, extreme thirst, loss of appetite, vomiting, eye irritation, and a strange rash. He also had a minor puncture wound where the E.T.s had taken a blood sample. The case was reported to a local doctor, who contacted UFO investigators. And so the world’s first actual UFO abduction case came to light, but because it was so bizarre and totally unique, it was largely ignored by the public.

Boas was able to recall every detail of his purported experience without the need for hypnotic regression. Further, Boas' experience occurred in 1957, which was still several years before the famous Betty and Barney Hill abduction which made the concept of alien abduction famous and opened the door to many other reports of similar experiences.

Studies Prove That Thousands Of Babies Are Dying From Vaccine Induced Cot Death

Studies Prove That Thousands Of Babies Are Dying From Vaccine Induced Cot Death

by Christina England
For many years governments and medical professionals around the world have been fully aware that babies can and do die from adverse reactions to vaccination. Many government and medical websites however, forcefully repeat that there is no clear factual evidence of the causal link with vaccines and sudden infant death syndrome or SIDS. This is totally incorrect and misleading. The numbers of such vaccines deaths have never been truthfully reported, despite freely available published information. Valdes-Dapena (1967. Sudden and unexpected deaths in infancy: a review of the world literature 1954-1966) wrote:

"Sudden and unexpected death in infancy, in the United States alone, accounts for the loss of 15,000 to 25,000 human lives annually".

Baraff LJ et al (1983) Possible temporal association between diphtheria-tetanus toxoid-pertussis vaccination and sudden infant death syndrome Pediatr Infect Dis. 1983 Jan-Feb;2(1):7-11. PMID: 6835859; UI: 83169234. wrote:

"Because diphtheria and tetanus toxoids pertussis (DTP) vaccine is routinely given during the period of highest incidence of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), this study was undertaken to determine if there is a temporal association between DTP immunization and SIDS. Parents of 145 SIDS victims who died in Los Angeles County between January 1, 1979, and August 23, 1980, were contacted and interviewed regarding their child's recent immunization history. Fifty-three had received a DTP immunization. Of these 53, 27 had received a DTP immunization within 28 days of death. Six SIDS deaths occurred within 24 hours and 17 occurred within 1 week of DTP immunization."

In the magazine Here's Health, March 1980 in an article called The Whooping Cough Vaccination Professor Gordon T Stewart wrote:

"There is no doubt in my mind that in the UK alone some hundreds, if not thousands, of well infants have suffered irreparable brain damage needlessly and that their lives and those of their parents have been wrecked in consequence.

There are also, to my certain knowledge, a number of deaths after vaccination in the UK and the USA which await explanation. I see no use or justification for this kind of medical policy, and I think that the use of pertussis vaccine should be discontinued until, by better research or a better vaccine, these doubts are resolved."

Harris L. Coutler SIDS and Seizures 1996 wrote:

"Crib death" was so infrequent in the pre-vaccination era that it was not even mentioned in the statistics, but it started to climb in the 1950s with the spread of mass vaccination against diseases of childhood. It became a matter of public and professional concern and even acquired a new name, "sudden infant death of unknown origin,." or, for short, SIDS" Kalokerinos"

The list of articles, papers and studies go on and on.

Generally accepted statistics show that the majority of SIDS (cot death) infants die at the age of two to four months of age. Very few of these babies are below the age of two months. The government document SIDS Facts states:

"SIDS is the unexplained death of a baby under 1 year of age. Most SIDS deaths happen between 2 and 4 months of age. The number of babies dying of SIDS dramatically drops after 6 months of age."

In fact, statistics show that 80% of all SIDS die between 2 and 4 months. Amazingly 90% of all SIDS die under the age of 6 months.

Most children begin routine vaccinations at the age of 2 months, when they have Rotavirus, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Haemophilus influenzae type b, Pneumococcal, and Inactivated Poliovirus. After the age of 6 months there are no further vaccinations until the age of 13 months. These facts are highly significant and yet somehow completely overlooked by present day governments and medical establishments.

In 1985-1986 Cotwatch, a pioneering true breathing monitor, was developed by Dr Viera Scheibner and her late husband Leif Karlsson (a Swedish electronics engineer specialising in patient monitoritng systems). A 'true breathing monitor' is different from other standard breathing monitors in that it's electronics separates the babies heart beat and breathing and only the breathing delayed the alarm. This is unlike all other monitors which take any movement as breathing.

Dr Scheibner says that this is the difference between life and death: the realities of stress response are that breathing stops first, while the heart is still beating. You must get an alarm before the heart stops in order to resuscitate the baby.

Previously researchers studying SIDS believed that babies were dying because of 'an inborn fault in the breathing control centre in the brain'. The breathing control centre of the brain is in the respiratory centre located in the lower part of the brain stem called the medulla oblongata. This regulates a persons breathing rhythm when they inhale and exhale.

Researchers have also studied the carotid body. The carotid body is a small "body" of tissue rich in capillaries, at the spot the carotid artery branches in the neck. These contain cells that sense the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in blood and from which messages are dispatched to the medulla (in the brain) to regulate the heart rate. They established increased levels of dopamine and serotonin demonstrating increased stress response.

Dr Scheibner says:

"It is interesting, and even laudatory, to study carotid bodies and other aspects of physiology, however, it all boils down to one thing: iatrogenic disease. Orthodox medicine with its toxic medications and often deadly ´preventatives´ is creating more and more disease. A pandemic of chronic ill health, immunoreactive and autoimmne diseases (asthma, allergies, diabetes, lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, cancer, leukaemia, brain, bone, lung and many other cancers), cardio-vascular and renal diseases, behavioural and learning problems, you name it, starts right in the early childhood with the unnecessary vaccinations. Billions are spent on research and development of new antibiotics and other drugs which would be quite unnecessary if the iatrogenic causes of so called modern diseases were recognised. Medical industry should not be a growing industry requiring more and more hospitals full of sick people. It should be a diminishing industry if it was doing its job properly. The Medicare system in Australia is as good as it gets, however, it is overburdened, overstretched and overused; admittedly, some 20% of all hospital admissions are for medication reactions.!"

Shortly after the Cotwatch studies were completed, Dr Viera Scheibner retired as a principle research scientist for the Department of Mineral Resources New South Wales. At this time, both Dr Scheibner and her husband were pro-vaccination. The evidence that the Cotwatch monitor revealed, changed Dr Scheibner's views about vaccination for ever.

She has now dedicated her life to finding the truth about vaccines and vaccination. Dr Scheibner has since become a lecturer, an author and expert witness specialising in vaccine dangers, shaken baby syndrome (often caused by vaccines) and cot death.

The Cotwatch true breathing monitor

Cotwatch consisted of a box with the electronics
and a sensor pad positioned under the infant´s mattress. No electrodes were attached to the baby so the baby had the full freedom of movement at all times. The soon developed Microprocessor Cotwatch monitor produced computer printouts of babies´ breathing patterns in the form of histograms and/or bar charts.

Microprocessor Cotwatch recorded the events in breathing: apnoeas and hypopnoeas. Apnoeas are pauses in breathing and up to a certain time limit (20 seconds) are normal. Hypopnoeas are episodes of shallow, below 5% of the normal unstressed breathing volume, breathing which represents a stress-induced breathing pattern. The events were logarithmically weighted (WAHD = weighted apnoea/hypopnoea density). The alarms indicated when the apnoeas and hypopnoeas occurred at and above 20 seconds duration; Scheibner and Karlsson called them warning alarms. Other doctors and researchers studying SIDS had consistently failed to achieve meaningful results because they had considered all alarms that happened when babies did not stop breathing as false alarms.

When Scheibner and Karlsson studied the charts they noticed that whenever the babies had had a vaccination the charts began to show clusters of stress induced breathing pattern, which followed the pattern of what they called critical hours and days.

This proved conclusively that it was the vaccines that were causing the babies to have periods of stress-induced breathing.

In 1991 Dr Viera Scheibner was invited to present the results of the data collection on babies breathing with Cotwatch breathing monitor to the Second National Immunisation Conference (Canberra, May 27-29; "Evidence of the association between non-specific stress syndrome, DPT injections and cot death": 90-91). She published a more detailed report in Journal of ACNEM (2004; 23 (3): 1-5. Dynamics of critical days as part of the dynamics of non-specific stress syndrome discovered during monitoring with Cotwatch breathing monitor). This information has been freely available ever since. It is even referenced on Wikipedia

Dr Scheibner reflects:

"It was clear to me that even some pro-vaccination paediatrician in Australia realised and recognised that we were showing THE EVIDENCE of the causal link between vaccinations and SIDS. That´s why they did not want Cotwatch to warn the parents. You would be surprised how many were telling us "Keep up the good work, You are looking in the right direction".

In 1986-1989, the years of the Cotwatch development and research, the babies were only given the DPT and the Oral Poliovirus. Now the babies are having far more vaccinations.

The Cotwatch monitor was a properly and appropriately tested battery equipment listed with the TGA or Therapeutic Goods administration. Leif died in 1994. Sadly because one needs an engineer when one is distributing a monitor, Dr Scheibner had de-listed Cotwatch when Leif Karlsson died. Since Leif had interlocked the electronics, instead of opting for an unaffordable patent, the secrets of the Cotwatch monitor died with him.

The Critical Days Explained

In her article
Dynamics of critical days as part of the dynamics of non-specific stress syndrome discovered during monitoring with Cotwatch breathing monitor Dr Scheibner describes the critical days through a series of charts and histograms. These describe the breathing patterns of babies before and after the routine vaccinations. In her research, every baby was its own control; one must know what the stress level was in breathing before and after vaccination in the same baby.

It is obvious that even though baby one reacted much more than baby two, the flare ups of stressed breathing followed the same pattern of critical days, the most important of these being day 2, after which day the stress level went down and started rising again between days 5 and 7, then the stress level subsided and started rising again between 14 and 16 days, subsided again and rose again between 19-24 days, after which days it subsided and rose again towards the 24th day and so on, following closely the pattern of alarms as recorded by a mother of one baby (Figure 1). Days 10 and 11 also emerged in babies who reacted strongly, such as baby one.

Days 46-47 are also critical, as seen in high level of alarms in Figure 1. Higher numbers of SIDS (cot death) cases were reported 6-7 weeks after vaccination.

Fig 1 shows pattern of alarms of one baby, as recorded by his mother for 5 ½ months; we can see clearly that there were hardly any alarms for three weeks before the first vaccination. Two days after the first DPT and polio vaccines, the breathing pattern changed dramatically. The alarms followed closely the critical days as recorded with the microprocessor Cotwatch.

Fig 3 shows 3 charts. Chart 1 and 2 compares two babies over 17 days after DPT and OPV vaccinations. Again we see the same stress-induced breathing pattern emerging along the critical days.

The third chart 3 of fig 3, is of 41 babies (reported in medical literature) who died after the vaccinations; the day by day distribution these deaths clearly follows the pattern of critical days.

We must appreciate that this study was not originally carried out to determine whether or not vaccinations affected a babies breathing. This was something unexpected that resulted from the outcome of these studies. This is why this study is so unique and very valuable when looking into the mysteries surrounding SIDS.

Conclusion

Pro vaccination governments and the medical
establishment have known that vaccines are causing babies to die from cot death since 1950s. They have been told repeatedly and presented with data from professionals like Dr Scheibner for many years. However, instead of looking into these justifiable professionals concerns, examining the data and acknowledging the problem, they discuss findings at secret meetings between themselves and choose to ignore them.

On 10th June 1976 a meeting took place with the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunization, Central Health Service Council, Scottish Health Service Planning Council. Written in section 1 point 7 of the minutes marked 'not for publication' it reads:

"In every case where vaccination or immunization is carried out the motive is to protect the health and welfare of the individual. Total eradication of a disease is secondary factor although this is the most effective protection of all. But as with virtually all medical procedures, vaccination and immunization involve a very small degree of risk; and in very rare cases serious "adverse reactions", including death and permanent brain damage, can ensue."

Full papers can be found here Kew Archives in file MH 15H 1 157 you will need to order.

The statement above falls down on two counts:

1.If the governments are aware that the vaccination is unsafe and are being presented with material which suggests this; then they are not protecting the health and welfare of either the individual and/or the nation.

2.No disease has ever been eradicated by vaccination. http://info-wars.org/2010/07/30/fact-vaccines-have-never-eradicated-anything-ever/

Dr Scheibner once said:

"I did not find it difficult to conclude that there is no evidence whatsoever that vaccines or any kind are effective in preventing the infectious diseases they are supposed to prevent. Further, adverse effects are amply documented and are far more significant to public health than any adverse effects of infectious diseases. Immunizations not only did not prevent any infectious diseases, they caused more suffering and more deaths than has any other human activity in the entire history of medical intervention. It will be decades before the mopping-up after the disasters caused by childhood vaccination will be completed."

In a letter from Professor Gordon T Stewart written to Mr P Allen the Secretary of the Committee on Safety of Vaccines UK on the 13th February 1980. The Lies Governments Tell When It Comes To Vaccines he wrote:

"In reply to yours of 11th February, I am sorry to say that I do not agree with you that there is nothing more that can or should be done; Let me say again that the important matter confronting us is the safety of the vaccine. It is not in the public interest to withhold additional information relating to the safety of a vaccine, which has come to our attention as a result of a collaborative programme and which is highly germane to our report."

The letter continued to say:

"The situation changed when Dr Pollock, saw fit to assure the public on more than one occasion that the vaccine was ´perfectly safe´, that fears which had been expressed were groundless and that parents and doctors could therefore use it without fear. The reassuring statements issued by Sir Charles Stuart-Harris and Professors Dudgeon and Miller were in the same vein, although the NCES to which they refer is nowhere near completion"

Then the letter says (and this is worst part):

"This was so much at variance with what, by that time, our Committee knew to be the case that a caution if not a corrective statement was certainly called for. The lack of a corrective statement amounts to a repetition of the same dismal history which caused the problem in the first place and led to the Ombudsman to blame your department in no uncertain terms."

The Australian doctor, Dr Archie Kalokerinos wrote about the SIDS issues in his book "Every second child" (foreword by Linus Pauling, PhD) (Keats Publishings Inc. New Canaan, Connecticut). Initially, Kalokerinos was perplexed as to why so many aboriginal babies were dying suddenly and apparently without any obvious reason.

Dr Kalokerinos decided to study why the death rate had doubled within a short span of time in 1970. In some areas it looked as if it would reach, 500 babies dying per 1,000. Pondering on what could be causing the problem Kalokerinos remembered that mass vaccination was due to take place and this worried him. He knew that a health team would sweep into the area, line up all the Aboriginal babies and infants and immunize them. There would be no examination, no taking of case histories, no checking on dietary deficiencies. He knew from experience that many of the infants would have colds and he knew that some would die within hours from acute vitamin C deficiency precipitated he believed by the immunization. Others would suffer immunological insults and die later from "pneumonia", "gastroenteritis", or "malnutrition".

Dr Kalokerinos said:

"At first it was just a simple clinical observation. I observed that many infants, after they received routine vaccines like tetanus, diptheria, polio, whooping cough or whatever, became ill. Some became extremely ill, and in fact some died. It was an observation, It was not a theory. So my first reaction was to look at the reasons why this happened. Of course I found it was more likely to happen in infants who were ill at the time of receiving a vaccine, or infants who had been ill recently, or infants who were incubating an infection. Of course in the early stages of incubation there is no way whatsoever that anyone can detect the disease. They turn up later on. Furthermore, some of the reactions to the vaccines were not those that were listed in the standard literature.

They were very strange reactions indeed. A third observation was that with some of these reactions which normally resulted in death I found that I could reverse them by giving large amounts of vitamin C intramuscularly or intravenously. One would have expected, of course, that the authorities would take an interest in these observations that resulted in a dramatic drop in the death rate of infants in the area under my control, a very dramatic drop. But instead of taking an interest their reaction was one of extreme hostility.

This forced me to look into the question of vaccination further, and the further I looked into it the more shocked I became. I found that the whole vaccine business was indeed a gigantic hoax. Most doctors are convinced that they are useful, but if you look at the proper statistics and study the instance of these diseases you will realise that this is not so."

Lisa Blakemore-Brown Independent Psychologist, specialising in Autism and ADHD wrote on the BMJ Rapid Responses the following:

"If a group of people collapse after eating, say, Lemon Sole,in a particular restaurant, it would be ludicrous for those responsible to wave a hand over the problem saying that millions of people eat Lemon Sole every day and there are no problems. Health and Safety officials will get straight to the point of the issue and look at the fish in the restaurant, look at the individuals, test findings in the lab."

Blakemore-Brown has a point. If many thousands of people died after consuming food in a particular restaurant, the world would be outraged if health and safety brushed the concerns of the professionals aside. However, the governments are doing exactly this. Many professionals have what they believe to be concrete evidence that vaccinations have been causing babies to die and yet their fears and evidence is being pushed aside. Instead of facing the problems and looking into the data being presented, the governments of the world choose to hide behind closed doors whilst they conduct secret meetings. They are ignoring the fact that children are dying after receiving the vaccines that are meant to protect them. The proof has been there for many years. The legacy of Cotwatch studies should be headed.

It matters whether you believe in willpower

It matters whether you believe in willpower
The effectiveness of willpower depends on your beliefs about willpower.

by Art Markman, Ph.D.  Art Markman, Ph.D.

Willpower
Is willpower a limited resource?
Willpower is the name that we give to the mechanisms (most of which involve the frontal lobes of the brain) that prevent us from carrying out a behavior we really want to perform.
Over the past several years, there have been a number of studies showing that if you make people work hard to control their behavior, then they have difficulty continuing to use willpower in a later situation that calls for preventing behavior. The idea that willpower is a resource that can be used up is called ego-depletion. It has been studied extensively by Roy Baumeister, Kathleen Vohs and their colleagues.
A paper by Veronika Job, Carol Dweck, and Gregory Walton in the November, 2010 issue of Psychological Science suggests that one factor that affects whether you show ego-depletion effects is whether you believe that willpower is a limited resource.
In one study, they asked people a number of questions about willpower. Some people gave answers suggesting that they believe that willpower is a limited resource. Other people gave answers suggesting that willpower is actually an unlimited resource.
Stroop Task
An example of the Stroop task
Later in the study, people did a task that was either relatively easy or one that was hard. The easy task involved looking at a page of text and crossing out the letter e every time they saw it. In the hard task, people started by crossing out the letter e. Then later, they had to cross out each letter e unless it was followed by a vowel. This version of the task is difficult, because people have to prevent themselves from doing a behavior that they had already built up some habit to perform.
After doing this task, people performed a Stroop task. In the Stroop task, people see words naming colors that are written in a colored font. People have particular difficulty naming the color of the font when the word is the name of a different color. For example, people are prone to make mistakes when they see the word "yellow" written in red font.
Putting all this together, people who believed that willpower is a limited resource made more mistakes on the Stroop task following the difficult letter-crossing task than following the easy letter-crossing task. That is, these people showed the typical ego-depletion effect where doing one difficult self-control task makes it hard to do a second.
In contrast, the people who believed that willpower is essentially unlimited did equally well no matter which letter-crossing task they did. That is, those people who think that willpower is unlimited did not show the ego-depletion effect.
Now, it is possible that there are just differences between people. Some people have limited willpower resources and others don't. On that view, it isn't that your beliefs about willpower affect your performance, but rather that your beliefs about willpower reflect your actual abilities.
To explore this possibility, a second study actually manipulated people's beliefs about willpower by using a biased questionnaire. One version of the questionnaire got people to agree with statements suggesting that willpower is a limited resource ("Working on a strenuous mental task can make you feel tired so that you need a break before accomplishing a new task.") A second version used a questionnaire that got people to agree with statements suggesting that willpower is unlimited ("Sometimes working on a strenuous mental task can make you feel energized for further challenging activities.")
After these questionnaires, the groups did the same tasks as before.
In this study, the group that was biased to believe that willpower is limited did more poorly on the Stroop task following the difficult letter-crossing task than following the easy one. In contrast, the group that was biased to believe that willpower is unlimited did just as well on the Stroop task regardless of which letter-crossing task they did.
Taken together, these studies suggest that people's beliefs about their own willpower are one factor that affects how effective their willpower will be. The more that you believe that willpower can keep you from doing things that you don't want to do, the more likely you will be to use your willpower successfully.
All this suggests that it is well worth believing in willpower.

'A religion is a region with a li(e) in it'

Interview with Tony Bushby by Peter Little

PL: Across Australia, this is Peter Little of the Community Radio Network with the program “Cover-to-Cover”  and on the line from somewhere in Europe, we have Tony Bushby, author of a very controversial book called The Bible Fraud…. G’day Tony.

TB: Good morning Peter. How are you today?

PL: Well, thanks Tony. But let’s get into this by asking… Who is Tony Bushby?

TB: Well Peter, I guess the simplest thing I could say is that I’m an Australian who has spent around about thirty years of my life in the publishing industry and, during that time, I researched and wrote quite a few high quality specialist magazines for the Australian and New Zealand markets. That took many years of my life and I had a lot of fun with that… publishing and writing.

PL: What prompted you to write The Bible Fraud, Tony?

TB: Well, during my course of publishing magazines, I did a lot of international research on Near Death Experience, which fascinated me, and I spoke to over 500 people worldwide who had been revived from clinical death. I published a quality color magazine on the subject called “Glimpses of Life Beyond Death.”

Some of these people’s stories, Peter, were extraordinary and one particular lady came to see me. She was quite an elderly lady… probably in her early seventies and she had a Near Death Experience. She had fallen down with a heart attack at the front door and the neighbors over the road saw her collapse and rang the ambulance and she was taken away and revived. She came back and then she couldn’t explain what happened to her… this wonderful experience where she was reunited with her Mum and Dad who had been deceased for quite some time.

So she went to see her priest and he told her that this experience really didn’t happen and that she had been tempted by the Devil because Jesus wasn’t there to meet her. This lady was quite mentally perturbed because she had this experience and she just didn’t know what happened to her. So the Church teachings and her actual experience conflicted and she was on the verge of committing suicide.

We had a good talk together and she actually really stressed the point that somebody should go out and tell the world that what happens when you die is not what the Church tells you what happens. She got me thinking about the Bible, which led me into some deeper research, and I came to a series of conclusions that seriously conflicted with the actual Church teachings… and that of course, led me into deeper research. Hence today… The Bible Fraud… which is the first of a series of three books about the Bible.

PL: This took how many years to research? I have got a figure down here saying twelve years. That sounds extraordinary!
TB: Yes well, it actually was Peter. It was twelve years full time and there was quite a few years leading up to it. Some of those years… five thousand hours, one hundred hours a week is not really enough and during that time, I had some extraordinary experiences in being introduced to wonderful, old archival libraries and some extraordinary material that is not freely available to the public… in fact at one stage, I actually lived in an old archival library for ten weeks and slept on a mattress on the floor.

PL: You didn’t find any discomfort in all that, I suppose?
TB: I loved every minute of it.

PL: Now, these private archives that you talk about, where are they located?
TB: Well, most places around the world seem to have an old library that nobody seems to want to use. In London, one old lady had seven hundred and sixty-three Bibles hidden away in her closets. In New Zealand, there are some wonderful old archival libraries in private collections that came out from England many years ago and are never used. It’s quite sad to see these books locked away like that.

PL: Also I imagine you were able to tap into some of the Church libraries around the world… the religious libraries.
TB: They do have what they call their Manuscript Divisions and I was lucky enough to get into some of those and also the Rare Manuscripts Division of the British Museum. They have a massive collection of old writings and old manuscripts and also the Alexandrian Library in Egypt. They have got over one hundred thousand rare manuscripts in their vaults.

PL: You can access those without much trouble?
TB: You can with the right approach. Yes, most certainly.

PL: With the right connections I suppose?
TB: Not so much connections. If you are a genuine bona fide researcher, they will get you in.

PL: So what do you hope to accomplish with the book, Tony?
TB: Well, I seem to think I have got onto some information that hasn’t been freely available Peter, and publishing this book provides for another side to the story regarding the origins of Christianity and that story is a different story to that presented by the Churches. So we have got out there a public record with this information available for people to add to or do their own research or take it or leave it… whatever they like.

PL: Having had read the book, it would appear that the New Testament story of Jesus Christ is, in your interpretation, a fabrication.
TB: Well, I would have to say straight up, Peter that it’s a forgery in its entirety and is knowingly presented by the Church falsely. They know there are forged passages in it and they come out quite clearly and state that. So my position is to point out those fabrications and forgeries and see if we can get down to what really happened in the origins of the story of Jesus Christ.

PL: The thing that I also found confronting is you saying that the Virgin Mary had seven children.
TB: Well, what I’m actually saying there Peter is….. I don’t necessarily say that. The Gospels say that. The older the Gospels you use, the more clearly it is presented. The Church’s own Gospels state that she had seven children and one of those boys was called Judas Thomas. Now, he was the brother of Jesus as was James. Thomas was an Aramaic word for “Twin”… Tomas meaning “Twin”. So Judas was a twin and he is often called “Judas the Twin” in some variations of the Gospels. He is the twin brother of the person we know today as Jesus Christ. This fact is conveniently overlooked by many of the priesthood today.

So in the story in The Bible Fraud, we have actually unraveled the whole life stories of both the boys:

One became a Rabbi - who is Rabbi Jesus - and the other became rather a wild drinking man - who is Judas Thomas the Twin. They had two entirely separate lives.

When you read the New Testament, Peter with that understanding, it accounts for all the contradictions and all the problems within it.

PL: Just to recap, you are saying Jesus had a twin brother, that Mary the mother of Jesus had a number of children and all these things are clearly explained in your book The Bible Fraud.
TB: Yes, it’s fully unraveled.

PL: Did I hear correctly you saying that the Church authorities or elders are fully aware of this and are not prepared to verify that?

TB: Yes, that’s right. They actually make these statements quite plain and clear in not so much the modern encyclopedias but in their old editions. The 1907 Catholic Encyclopedia clearly stated that the virgin birth narratives are fourth century fictitious editions to earlier writings. This is quite disturbing really because this is one of the tenants to Christianity and they are actually telling us in writing that it didn’t really happen.

PL: It terms of the whole virgin birth story…. I picked up in the book that the mother of Jesus was in fact part of the nobility.

TB: That’s right. In the oldest Gospel, she is written down with the name as Mariamne. Now, Mariamne was the granddaughter of King Herod. In fact, she was his favorite granddaughter and she was of bloodline. It appears, from the scanty records available, that she was raped by a Roman archer and his nickname was “The Panther.”  This man later became the Emperor of Rome in 14AD. He was Tiberius who was the adopted son of Emperor Augustus.
http://i.imgur.com/3Qupx.jpg

Mariamne bore the twins and they were hidden away for a while in the House of Augustus. They were both quite clearly of royal blood and we see in the Gospels itself where Jesus is called King over thirty times yet records of history never record Jesus as being King. We found an old record in our research that those twin boys were actually brought up in the House of Augustus. Because Augustus and the twelve first Caesars were deified, these twin boys were called the “Sons of God”. That was quite correct in the traditions of the day. They were technically the “Sons of God” because, after these Roman emperors died, they were deified. They were classed as gods and holidays were held for them and these boys were the “Sons of God” in the technical sense of the time.

PL: You are saying these two boys… one was a man of the cloth, a Rabbi and the other was a bit of a lad, was he?

TB: One was a bit of a lad. One was esoteric. He adopted a spiritual understanding and belief and he became the Rabbi. The other fellow was exoteric. He became a very earthly man and he was the one who ordered his followers to buy swords. They were drinking men and they were pretty wild boys. So these two boys went their own ways. One became responsible indirectly for the King James Bible and the other became responsibly indirectly for the Roman Catholic Bible. One went east and one went west and this is where we get the two variations in the Bibles used in churches today.

PL: This is fascinating stuff. It is all revealed there in the book. I can talk about this for a long time with you Tony. Let’s keep going because, if you are prepared for a few more minutes to discuss this, we’ll keep going.

TB: OK, right.

PL: Are you happy about that?

TB: Yes.

PL: Great stuff. Well, in the book, the death of Jesus is not as we have been led to believe either. Is that what you are saying in the book?

TB: That’s exactly right. The two boys had their own lives. The wild, fighting man, Judas the Twin… he was actually arrested. He marched on Rome with a large group of warriors. He went to see his father, who was then the Emperor Tiberius and he wanted his royal right to be the Emperor of Rome. He was actually betrayed by Judas Iscariot, who was an infiltrator from the Roman army. Judas the Twin was captured and charged. He was the one to be crucified because he had marched on Rome and he had been caught and this was seen as an overthrow so he was to be crucified.

Because of his royal birthright… he was first born… he had the right to order a substitute to take his punishment. This is a very ancient tradition that goes way, way back to the Egyptian times where a royal person could order a substitute to take the punishment. So a person called Simon of Cyrene… we read about him in the Gospels… he was pulled in off the street.

PL: He picked up the cross.
TB: That’s right. He was punished. He was the one crucified.

PL: He was the one crucified, was he? He just didn’t pick up the cross and carry it?

TB: That’s him. That’s recorded in the Gospels. He was crucified in place of Judas the Twin. Now, because Judas the Twin had given up his birthright by saving his own life, he was then sold into slavery. He was shipped off to India and there is a tomb there in Kashmir today, which we believe to be the actual tomb of the twin of Jesus. Now, because Rabbi Jesus and his family were involved in overthrow and the crucifixion…

PL: This is the good bloke now we are talking about?

TB: Yes, he was the Rabbi. He was there. He was at the scene. He and his family were banished from Rome and they were set adrift in a ship. They drifted ashore in the south of France at Marseilles and they trekked overland to England and they settled at the place we now know as Glastonbury. That was the start of the origin of the British Church, which preceded the origin of the Roman Catholic Church by some three hundred years. One went to England and one went to India.

PL: So you say the Celtic Church…

TB: Yes, that was actually in operation when Rabbi Jesus arrived there. He became an honorary Druid… he was actually initiated into the Druidic belief.

PL: Tony, that being the case, is it possible to follow the present royal bloodline back to Jesus?

TB: It is, Peter. It’s quite complex. Jesus at one stage was married to Mary Magdalene… she was, from the old records, a Celtic princess… and, from their union, came a certain bloodline. Later on, one of Jesus’ sons was named Caradoc… he was married to two Roman princesses of the line of Claudius. So, the bloodline is in there. It’s quite a complex issue to trace it back but it can be traced right down to today.

PL: Of the current British monarch?

TB: Well, they properly call it the European bloodline.

PL: OK. Right… and the book goes right through that. So somebody who wants to painstakingly go through with a paper and pencil can do the whole program right through to…?
TB: They can. The family bloodline trees are recorded in the book and it tells the story of the two boys, who they married, where their families went to and how the families ended up. It goes right down to the first Christian Council… which was in 325 AD… which was called by a bloodline family member of the twin boys. He was Constantine and he was responsible for the very first Christian Church meeting.

PL: Constantine… he was the same bloke that started Constantinople, wasn’t he?

TB: He was there. That’s him. He named Constantinople after himself and he was of the same blood as the twin boys, Rabbi Jesus and Judas the Twin. He called the first council meeting at Nicaea and actually brought their two life stories together as one and then officially deified those two boys into one. He then instructed the old Bishops of the day to write fifty New Testaments… in mankind’s recorded history, the first New Testaments weren’t written until 325 AD. He ordered the actual construction of fifty versions. That’s when the New Testament really started at the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD.

PL: Was this motivated by some political advantage or social unrest at the time?

TB: Well, mainly to keep his family bloodline in the Church and he could see a problem there… there was talk amongst the old Churchmen of Jesus was having two natures. The problem was they had the two twin boys mixed up so he deified them both as one and combined both parts of their name and they became Jesus Christ. So it’s quite a complex story.

PL: It certainly is!

TB: When you read the New Testament in that light… with two stories interwoven into one… it answers all the conflictions that arise there.

PL: Talking about the research…. and this is extraordinary research you have done there, Tony… I believe you once held the world’s oldest Bible, which is the Sinai Bible, in your hands. What was that like?

TB: It was quite an overwhelming experience actually. It was quite… I was quite emotional and this Bible is in the British Museum or today in the British Library. It’s on display. It’s been carbon dated to around about 380 - 390 AD. It’s written on the skin of animals. It’s in a humidor where it’s kept at a certain temperature and, quite honestly, it stinks when you open it… it’s written in an old Greek language which is now what we call a dead language. There was a story in the British Museum that people told me that Howard Hughes, the famous American multi-millionaire, once offered twenty-five million US dollars for that Bible and they wrote back one and a half lines to him saying this Bible belongs to the people of Planet Earth and would never be for sale.

It was a very emotional experience. It was very heavy… it’s mainly the Old and New Testaments in full but part of the Old Testament is missing… a small part. Right next to it in the British Library today is the second oldest Bible, which is the Alexandrian Bible. These are very valuable old documents and that’s the closest Bible we have got to the story of Jesus Christ.

PL: Not one you could sit down and read peacefully.

TB: Not a bedtime read, Peter, that’s for sure.
http://www.yoism.org/images/infidel141.jpg

PL: Well, Tony what is your response to those who say we can believe the Bible because it’s the word of God?

TB: I would say they should really do their own research because the Bible is not the word of God… it’s the word of Man. It actually quotes that in the Bible itself. It’s been edited and re-edited and restructured and it is a fabrication in its entirety. I’m talking about the New Testament here and the story of Jesus. The Churchmen know this and anybody who disbelieves should do a little bit of their own research… quite simple research and they should do it.

They can do it quite easily… their own personal confirmation. All they have got to do Peter, is compare any of the five oldest Bibles in the world with any modern day Bible and they will see that there are fourteen thousand, eight hundred changes to the new Bibles today.

Some of those changes are major sections of writing… like there were no resurrection versions in the old Bibles for example. No virgin birth in the old Bibles. In all the old Bibles… all the old Gospels in the Bibles… the story of Jesus Christ starts when he is at the age of thirty and anything preceding that is a later addition in later Bibles. In the oldest Gospel available to us today, the story of Jesus ends when the tomb was found empty and the body removed. This was the body of Simon of Cyrene. Today’s Bibles will show another twelve verses after that where it talks about a resurrection.

PL: There have been many books in recent times that claim to reveal the truth about Jesus and a hidden code in the Bible. What makes this book different?

TB: Well, firstly, this book unravels the whole story of the twin boys… that’s the main thing. The Church says there is only one but they actually know there were two. Both their life stories accumulate into one ending, which is the deification of those boys.

The other books have touched on one boy or Jesus they thought being in India but that was actually the other boy… so when you work out where they both went and overlay it, you can see exactly how they started Christianity.

PL: What about yourself in terms of lecture tours and things, Tony? You have a fascinating story to tell there and it’s been a very interesting interview. Have you got any thoughts about a public appearance or lecture tours?

TB: I probably will later on, Peter. I’ve got another manuscript nearing completion, which I want to get out first… then I’ll probably start talking to people.

PL: Now, you have a website which I’ve checked out already. It’s very revealing… in fact, much of what we have discussed today is also on the website (www.thebiblefraud.com) and my guest today has been Tony Bushby. When you read the book, it will certainly raise questions in your mind about your belief systems… of Christian values and things that one has learnt over the years and fire up a quest for the truth. I certainly recommend people get a hold of the book The Bible Fraud by Tony Bushby. It’s available now… and I guess, Tony that there is full detail on The Bible Fraud dot com website about how to purchase that particular book.

TB: That’s right Peter. And the website has recently been updated, so it’s got all the newest information on it and that’s where they can buy their own personal copy and they can…

PL: Make some informed discussions from that.
TB: That’s right. Decide for themselves whether it’s right or wrong.

PL: Well, Tony. It’s been fascinating talking to you. Thanks very much for your time and, folks, make sure you get a copy of this truly sensational book by Tony Bushby… it’s The Bible Fraud published by The Pacific Blue Group and now available in all good book stores.

Christianity is a fraud if it’s not literally true

If the story of Jesus Christ isn't literally true, then Christianity is a fraud that promotes "a positively wicked doctrine," says conservative writer Christopher Hitchens.

Hitchens, an avowed atheist whose 2007 book God is Not Great attempts to divorce conservatism from religious teachings, discussed the role of religion in American society in the wake of a recent study (PDF) that shows the number of Americans who claim no religious affiliation has roughly doubled in the past two decades, from 8.2 percent in 1990 to 15 percent in 2008.

The study, conducted by Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, predicts that a full one-quarter of Americans will have no religious affiliation by 2028. The study notes that the number of non-believers among younger people is considerably higher than among older people, suggesting that the trend of Americans growing less religious will continue in coming years.

Those people who claim no religious affiliation are "not all atheists by any means," Hitchens told host Gretchen Carlson. "They're just people who don't attend a church, don't have a faith. I think it's fair to call them agnostics. The number of people, like myself, who think religion is false, that it's a delusion and that it's bad for you, is still pretty small."

Hitchens said Americans are increasingly turning against organized religion "because they want to push back against theocracy and the parties of God and the awful challenge they pose to us internationally."

"By the way, your side seems to be winning in public schools, at least across America," Carlson told Hitchens.

Hitchens appeared on Fox with pastor Douglas Wilson, who appeared along with Hitchens in the recent documentary Collision, which explores the battle of ideas between the religious and the non-religious.

The two came to an unexpected agreement on one issue: They both attacked the notion, popular among some secular thinkers, that Christianity is a socially positive thing even if it's not true.

"If Jesus didn't come back from the dead, then Christianity is appalling, it's an appalling fraud and delusion and every unbeliever should attack it," Wilson said. "Christianity is not good for the world because it makes people decent and sober and that sort of thing. At the end of the day, if it's not true, if it's not objectively true, then I don't have any more use for it than Christopher does."

Hitchens echoed that idea, but made it clear he does actually consider Christianity a fraud.

"They say, well the Bible story's not really true, they're morality tales. Don't listen to it, because if it's based on a fraud, if the virgin birth and the resurrection and the miracles did not occur, which they did not, then those teachings are immoral, they teach that sins can be forgiven by throwing them on to a scapegoat -- a positively wicked doctrine."

MesoAmerican Connections to Atlantis

MesoAmerican Connections to Atlantis

Mayan writings telling of catastrophes and floods seem to contains elements which go far beyond a mere flood, such as subterranean fires, land sinking, the shifting of the “face of the Heavens”, etc. Some of these elements are more indicative of a violent shift in the axis of the planet than a mere downpouring of rain (as in the biblical story of Noah’s flood), and I am inclined to think that these would be the very elements accompanying the demise of Atlantis.
Among the Maya groups that left behind written records we find various accounts of a great flood that wiped out the previous world and allowed the creation of a new cosmological order. BartolomĆ de Las Casas (1967) mentions that among the QuichĆ© Maya people from Verapaz there was a story about a flood, and the end of the world, which they called Butic, meaning a “deluge of many waters”. Other than Chumayel, only texts of Mani, Tizimin, Kaua, Ixil, and Tusik have survived.
The value of The Books of Chilam Balam rests in the fact that they were written by QuichƩ Maya authors, mostly in the QuichƩ language (using Roman characters) shortly after the Spanish conquest, and thus does not entail the problems normally experienced when attempting a translation from Mayan hieroglyphics.* The translation below is influenced by the Spanish translation of Mayanist Prof. A. M. Bolio (1930). Here, then, is the English translation of the QuichƩ text.

“It was during the Eleventh Ahau KatĆŗn when Ah Mucencab came forth and obscured the face of the Heavens [Oxlahun-ti-Ku]...  It [the eclipse] occurred when the whole Earth began to awaken, but nobody knew what was to happen. Suddenly the Underworld Fires [Bolon-ti-Ku] seized the Heavens, and fire rained down, and ashes descended, and rocks and trees fell down, and wood and stone smashed together. Then the Heavens were seized and split asunder, the face of the Heavens [Oxlahun-ti-Ku] was buffeted back and forth... and thrown on its back... After that the fatherless, the miserable ones and the widows were all pierced through [the TizĆmin and Mani versions say: "torn to pieces"]: they were all living when their hearts were stopped. And they were buried in the sand beneath the waves.
“And in one great sudden rush of water their Great Serpent [Canhel] was ravished from the Heavens [Oxlahun-ti-Ku] . The sky fell down and the dry land sank, when the four gods, the four Bacabs arose, who had brought about the annihilation of the world.
“After the destruction was complete... the four pillars of the sky [Bacab trees] were re-established... And the Great Mother Seiba rose amidst recollections of the destruction of the Earth.”(Book of Chilam Balam of Chumayel)
An “eclipse” preceded the unleashing of the watery cataclysm, and the forthcoming re-erection of the “sky pillars” (Bacab trees) immediately afterward indicates that a cycle of world destruction and renewal had been completed, as noted by Taube (1995). And just as in the Babylonian epic Enuma Elish, when the Creator-god Marduk lances the cosmic dragon Tiamat, splitting it asunder, using its carcass as material for the universe; likewise in the Tizimin and Mani texts, a Cosmic Crocodile’s head is severed, and, after the resulting flood, its body is used as material for the new cosmos.

The Cakchiquel people came to the Valley of Mexico “from across the sea,” from an island which was dominated by a volcano and a snow-capped (white) mountain. From there they migrated, en masse, eventually coming to TulĆ”n in Central Mexico, settling for a time there.
Most, if not all, of the Indian tribes of Mesoamerica migrated originally from some “mythical” point of origin to a place in Mexico called TulĆ”n, before spreading out into the various areas of Mexico, YucatĆ”n, Honduras, and Guatemala.
“Here I shall write a few stories of our first fathers and ancestors, those who begot man of old, before these mountains and valleys were inhabited, when there were only rabbits and birds, so they said; when our fathers and grandfathers went to populate the mountains and valleys, oh, my sons! in TulĆ”n.
“I shall write the stories of our first fathers and grandfathers, one of whom was called Gagavitz ["hill or mountain of fire"], the other Zactecuah ["white mountain"]; the stories that they told to us; that from the other side of the sea we came to a place called TulĆ”n, where we were begotten and given birth by our mothers and our fathers, oh, our sons!”

“Thus they related of yore, the fathers and grandfathers who were called Gagavitz and Zactecuah, those who came to TulĆ”n, the two men who begot us, the Xahila.” (Cakchiquel MS., Pt.1)
In the Codex Borturini there is an account of a migration of the Aztecs from the island of AztlĆ”n to the Valley of Mexico (Gemelli Careri, 1699). Other Aztec traditions give accounts of a Great Flood (Bierhorst, 1992) which destroyed the Sun called Nahui-atl (“4-Water”) in which all mankind was destroyed and drowned: “The sky came nearer the water. In a single day all was lost, and the day Nahui-xochitl, ’4 flower,’ destroyed all our flesh.” (Codex Chimalpopoca, translated by Brasseur de Bourbourg, 1857-1859)
The American ethnologist, H. H. Bancroft, says that the earlier Toltecs also traced their migrations back to a starting point which they called AtlĆ”n or AztlĆ”n. He further states that the Popol Vuh relates that after the migration from AztlĆ”n three sons of the king of the QuichĆ©s, upon orders from their father, returned to the East where they had first come ashore to retrieve valuable ancestral knowledge—the art of painting and a system of writing. (Bancroft, 1874)
The Mayanist Brasseur de Bourbourg correctly observed that the words Atlas and Atlantic have no satisfactory etymology in any European language, but that in America it is an entirely different story. It is in the indigenous languages of the Americas that we so often encounter the radical phoneme atl. From this comes a series of words, such as atlan, meaning “on the border of, or amid, the water”—from which we can derive the adjective “Atlantic”. We have also atlaƧa, “to emerge or dart from the water”, which in the preterit makes atlaz (origin of the name “Atlas” perhaps?).
According to the famous AbbĆ©, atl, in the Nahuatl tongue, means “water” (generally pictured in the codices as a water-filled vessel; Musur, 1978); observing that a city named AtlĆ”n (“Near-Water”) once existed on the shores of the Gulf of Darien, “on the Atlantic side of the Isthmus of Panama at the time of the Conquest.” (de Bourbourg, 1855-1868) A number of “Atlantis-like” place-names, retaining the atl vocule are known to exist throughout the American continents. Are we to believe this is without significance?

While it may be true that even the oldest of these Mayan texts may be little more than 2,000 years old, scholars have no doubt that such themes as world cataclysms and re-occuring cycles of the Ages of Mankind could have been carried down via sacred ceremonies (games, dances, initiation rituals, etc.) for thousands of years even if writing was not in continuous practice throughout the entire history of every Mesoamerican tribe.
And even though our present knowledge of the Maya hieroglyphic system is still in the initial stages of development, resulting in sometimes clumsy and rather unintelligible translations, it is certain that all of the basic elements of world cataclysms and renewal are present in these documents and are becoming fairly easy to recognize.
Ancient Mesoamericans and Egyptians who had never met and lived centuries and thousands of miles apart both worshiped feathered-serpent deities. Wadjet, the winged serpent of Egypt, protected the Pharoahs and controlled the waters of the Nile. Like the Mexican version, the Egyptian Feathered Serpent was sometimes depicted with red body, blue head, and green feathers.
Whether in the form of a dragon, a plumed serpent, a crested snake, or a multi-headed reptile, the symbol is usually connected in some way with the “Cosmic Deep” (abyss) of Creation—e.g., the 7-headed Narayana or the feathered-covered Gucumatz—and/or flood waters—e.g., the 7-headed Leviathan of the Canaanites, the multi-headed Leviathan (Psa. 74:13-14) and proud Rahab of the ancient Hebrews (Isa. 27:1; 51:9-10).
Symbols such as the Pyramid, Cross, or Sun can be derived from things observed in our natural world by any culture, but the Feathered Serpent is not an item existing in the natural world, and thus could not be naturally “assumed”; therefore it must have been carried from culture to culture by a process known as “diffusion” (the dreaded “D” word among cultural anthropologists). For an unnatural symbol to have been so universally recognized, the originators of such a symbol would have to have somehow touched a good many parts of the world (via trade, exploration, colonization, etc.): in any case its influence seems to have been truly worldwide in scope.
