Solar Warden: The Secret Space Program Built with Alien
Technology

The story behind this quote is an interesting one. At a lecture held in 1993 at the UCLA alumni center, Ben Rich, the
former CEO of Lockheed Martin Skunk Works held a speech about the advancements
in space engineering during the previous 40 years. He concluded with the quote
about taking ET home while the final image in his slide presentation showed a
“black disk zipping out into outer space.”
Was this merely a joke or was he hinting at something?
Over the years, the Skunk Works division of Lockheed has designed and
built a number of high-tech aircraft such as the U-2, the SR-71 Blackbird, the
F-22 Raptor and the F-117 Nighthawk. Taking this into account, some have drawn
the conclusion that Rich alluded to advanced technology being secretly
developed and it might be responsible for some of the flying disks we see
today.
Seems too far-fetched? We’re on the same page but wait, it gets better.
In 2001, British systems administrator Gary McKinnon hacked his way into
97 U.S. military and NASA computers. He intended to find top-secret files
regarding free energy but stumbled upon something bigger. McKinnon claimed to
have uncovered a spreadsheet containing names and information about
“non-terrestrial officers” and transfers between fleets. He cross referenced
these names with a database of all U.S. Navy and military personnel but was
unable to find any of the officers. McKinnon therefore concluded they were not
of this world and labeled them as “Space Marines”.
In an interview with the BBC, he said he had been motivated by The
Disclosure Project because “they are some very credible, relied-upon people,
all saying yes, there is UFO technology, there’s anti-gravity, there’s free
energy, and it’s extraterrestrial in origin and they’ve captured spacecraft and
reverse engineered them.”
McKinnon was discovered just as he was examining the image of a UFO
stored in a NASA computer in Johnson Space Center’s Building 8. Caught in 2002,
he was facing up to 70 years in prison and several million dollars in fines.
However, the U.K. never extradited him to the U.S. and McKinnon managed to
avoid prison. Some say that he was able to do so because he had amassed
sensitive information that he used as leverage.
He maintains his claim that extraterrestrial spacecraft have been
captured and reverse-engineered and now the alien technology is being used by
entities in our own figurative backyard.
This brings us to Solar Warden. According to conspiracy
theorists, Solar Warden is an ultra-secret project that maintains a fleet (or
several fleets) of spaceships that are operating within our solar system. Some
say they’re defending us against alien threats. Others say they’re involved in
the covert colonization of space.
Such a fleet would require technology way ahead of what we’ve currently
got. In order to send manned missions into the far reaches of our solar system
we’d need exotic materials and propulsion systems. But there are some who claim
we already do.

there has been some back-engineering and the creation of this type of
equipment, that is not nearly as sophisticated yet as what the apparent
visitors have.”

Even so, who would have the coin required to fund such a venture?
The United States’ black budget for 2014 amounted to some $52.6 billion
and they plan on spending around $58.7 B this year. But even this astronomical
sum isn’t enough to fund or maintain a secret space fleet. And that’s when
conspiracy voices start mentioning the deep black budgets [and the TRILLIONS ‘missing’ from Pentagon and other budgets – N.I. Ed].
Whether these programs are myth or reality is hard to tell.
As it turns out, there might be UFOs that were built on Earth, based on
technology that originated elsewhere in the universe. And we might have a space

Lockheed Exec Admits Key to Space Travel Is ESP

Ben
Rich is a UCLA engineering alumnus who was also the director of Lockheed
Martin’s super high tech aircraft division called Skunk Works from 1975 to 1991. Rich admits that
the key to space travel among the stars is not necessarily advanced mechanics,
or the ultimate rocket fuel, but something more esoteric – ESP.
One
of the main hurdles to mankind in reaching other worlds off-planet has been the
sheer distance and time it would take to get there. Our current space shuttles
(at least with the horse-and-buggie-like technology that has been released to
the public) only travel 17,500 miles per hour. This means that visiting the
second nearest star to our planet, Proxima Centauri, a meager 4.22 light years away, would
take several life times. Of course, then there are fuel costs, which would be
more than prohibitive using conventionally imagined space travel.
Worm
holes could be used like short cuts through Sunday traffic, and ‘warp drive’ or
anti-gravity, which Boeing has admitted to working on could also shorten the
ride, but we’d still be looking at more rocket fuel than Exxon, Saudi Aramco,
Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron, and BP combined have ever even sneezed at.
Overcoming Space Time
Rich
gave a tip to a fellow alumnus of UCLA, Jan C. Harzan, a nuclear engineer that is currently
on the board of directors for MUFON – the world’s oldest and
largest UFO phenomenon investigative body – and has recently
been promoted to executive director. Harzan says that when he was eight years old, he saw a
craft hovering 30 feet from him with the only discernible means of propulsion
being a ‘humming noise’ it was making. Harzan knows from speaking with Rich
that it is possible to travel faster than the speed of light – but how?
Rich,
a man running one of the most secretive and advanced aircraft development
organizations in the world, and responsible for the creation of several highly
advanced stealth planes, including the SR71, and the F117, spoke at a
fundraiser in 1993 that Harzan hasn’t forgotten. He met with Rich for Q&A
after his presentation and he told him that ‘it won’t take a lifetime’ to
travel to the stars, but that with ‘ESP’ we can do it easily. He inferred to Harzan
that ‘all things in space and time are connected.’
Other
scientists that have worked for Lockheed admit similar phenomenon concerning
UFOs and space travel.
Harzan
says that the technology works exactly like ESP, and that the stealth technology
which Rich used to develop his many aircraft was based on a Russian
scientist’s mathematics, which reiterates this basic principle.
How Does ESP Work?
ESP,
or extrasensory perception is the ability to transmit thoughts or events at a distance
without actually being there in physical form. Schrödinger’s Cat (the wave-particle collapse), parallel universes, the many-worlds hypothesis which
explains how we might live in multiple webs of alternate timelines, and their relationship
to perceived reality are all relevant to this observable fact.
Interplanetary
space travel is all about consciousness, not the archaic assumption that we’d
have to paddle our own rocket-fueled boat to get to the planet next door.

Unless the green, advanced technologies now sequestered by the Breakaway civilization are released for Earth’s public good, Capt. Cramer says the Breakaway civilization intends to eliminate Earth’s current surface-dwelling humans and replace them with humans that are now part of a secret Mars colony selected for its preferred gene pool and elite status. 21: When the US Marine Corps can warn the public the US government is no longer
functioning
Capt. Randy Cramer states he is speaking out in this NewsInsideOut.com interview under authorization of a secret mechanism established by U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower to warn American citizens in the event their government was compromised and in danger of failing them or being overtaken.
Article 21 of secret Marine Corps regulations authorizes the US Marine chain of command to deploy a U.S. Marine as a civilian to speak out publicly against the actions of the U.S. government when either of two conditions is reached:
- Less that 50% of the constitutional guarantees of the US government are in place because of the actions of an extraterrestrial race; or
- Less than 75% of the operating functions of the US government are no longer being carried out;
There has been an official determination that one or both of these conditions have been met now.

Marine Corps White Hat deployed to save American nation
Capt. Randy Cramer states straightforwardly that he was authorized under Article 21 by his chain of command to speak out. He says, “When I agreed to speak publicly, my security clearance was raised to a Blue/Gold-13, which has granted me full access to USMC ss intelligence files, and weekly briefings by Brigadier General Julian Smythe, personally.”
According to Capt. Cramer, “USMC Special Section (ss). is a covert Unacknowledged Special Access Program (or USAP) signed into law as a legal and covert branch of the US military in 1953 by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. USMC ss was mandated by President Eisenhower through the USMC ss special code to meet the exopolitical questions of EBE’s, (Extra Terrestrial Biological entities) and ETV’s (Extra Terrestrial Vehicles); to assist in assessing diplomatic opportunities and military threats and advise the MJ-12 committee and special study groups (SSG’s) with intelligence from a fully staffed and operational military intelligence machine, and respond to their requests for specially trained military assistance in all matters extra terrestrial.”
Alternative
3: Secret Mars colony & planned depopulation of Earth’s surface dwellers
As set out in his NewsInsideOut.com interview, Capt. Randy Cramer has a two-fold message to the American and by extension the world public. The American and Earth’s surface dwellers (the constitutional economy] have been left with an archaic economy based on outdated technology by a Breakaway civilization whose technology is 10,000 years or more advanced. Only by securing release of secret green, advanced energy and other technologies can Earth’s surface dwellers re-start their economy and thrive.
The Breakaway civilization is preventing this release of technology (like anti-gravitics, time travel teleportation, medical and other technologies). Their plan, called Alternative 3, is based on a secret gene pool Mars colony established to repopulated Earth after the Earth surface dwellers are eliminated. The means of elimination include intentional biowarfare, wars, tectonic and environmental wars (HAARP and chemtrails), GMOs and other toxic means. It is disinformation to believe that Alternative 3 was established in the event of a natural catastrophe on Earth.
Capt. Randy Cramer has now been ordered by the US Marine Corps chain of command to warn the American and Earth population this is occurring. The US government is complicit in this plan and can no longer carry out its function of protecting its citizens.

Mars experiencers verify aspects of Capt. Cramer’s Mars account
Capt. Randy Cramer reports he was deployed for 17 years as US Marine Special Section (ss) as part of the Mars Defense Force in the polar regions of Mars in combat and peacekeeping operations with indigenous Mars intelligent reptilian and insectoid [Mantid] civilizations]. During this time, the U.S. Mars Defense Force, in alliance with Mars reptilians and Mantids, successfully fought off an attempted incursion of the Mars polar region by Draco reptilians.
Capt. Cramer’s accounts are congruent with those of previously reported by this reporter of whistleblowers from U.S. secret operations on Mars including Lt. Commander Andrew D. Basiago (USN), Lt. William Brett Stillings (USN), U.S. Presidential Adviser Bernard Mendez, US Serviceman Michael Relfe; Lawrence Livermore Physicist Arthur Neumann, and Mars colony survivor Laura Magdalene Eisenhower.
At least three members of the U.S. secret Mars program have given extensive testimony published by this reporter that U.S. President Barack Obama, then known as Barry Soetoro Soebarkah, was on Mars as part of the US Mars program 1980-83. On January 3, 2012, Tommy Vietor, public relations director of the US National Security Council, issued an official statement in response to this reporter’s article stating that Obama had not watched a specific cartoon program about Mars, thereby attempting ridicule of an official U.S. Mars program. Vietor did not address any of the specific evidence that Obama had in fact been on Mars.
Solutions:
Speak out for new technology and for change
Capt. Randy Cramer ‘s solutions include a call for re-energize citizen participation in oversight of official secrecy in the military-industrial complex. Capt. Cramer encouraged citizens to become actively involved in elections, and oversight of Congressional representatives and government offices.
Asked if he planned to run for elective office as part of his mandate under Art. 21, Capt. Cramer replied that he was considering political campaigning for public office among other options.
It is not clear if the US Marine Corps has other robust options available to it to preserve the American nation and people under Article 21 of its secret regulations, should the challenges to the continuity of the constitutional integrity of the American people’s nation become even more challenging.
