Engineer Behind Iranian Saucer Technology Comes Forward
Nuclear Engineer, Mehran Tavakoli Keshe, has came forward as being the developer of the technology being used in Iran's new "flying saucer." His technology is claimed to harness magnetism and gravity to allow travel throughout the solar system and beyond.

On March 16th, 2011, the hard-line Iranian news agency Fars issued a press release stating Iran had developed a flying saucer. The unmanned saucer named "Zohal" is stated to be equipped with an auto-pilot system, GPS, and an imaging system. It is claimed the craft can fly indoors and outside. Initially, the press release included a stock photo of a flying saucer that was obviously from an old SCIFI movie. This image was later replaced with a picture of what looks like an ordinary quadrocopter. Such an image would tend to indicate there is nothing exotic about the craft.
Now, nuclear Engineer, Mehran Tavakoli Keshe, who we have interviewed and covered here in our news for a couple of years, has came forward and claimed to be the developer of the gravity manipulating technology being used in the Iranian flying saucer – something he divulged to us in the past, prior to the official Iranian announcement.
Mehran Keshe is the director of the Keshe Foundation. He claims to have developed a special plasma reactor that allows for the manipulation of gravitational and magnetic fields to produce motion. Multiple patent applications have been filed for this reactor, and details of it are explained on his foundation's many websites. Importantly, in a recent interview with William Alec of Vortex Network News, Keshe specifically states his technology is incorporated in Iran's new saucer. He also claims to have given the technology to the Iranian government years ago and is actively working with them. This contradicts the idea that the saucer is a kind of multi-turbine helicopter.
Powerful and Affordable Propulsion
This technology sounds too good to be true. It is claimed to allow for both a gravitational and magnetic field to be produced around a craft. The gravitational and magnetic fields are used for propulsion. They work for or against the fields of other bodies in space such as planets, stars, or even galaxies. A device that weighs seven to ten kilograms is claimed to produce many tons of lift. The lifting force is created without the need for any conventional fuels. These devices are very cheap to build. A small reactor costs around one thousand dollars in components.
The benefits of this astounding technology are many fold and address many of the challenges found in space travel. To be blunt, it seems to combine all the best technologies of the fictional Starship Enterprise. For example, the magnetic field produced by the craft protects the occupants from cosmic radiation. Apparently, this field is so intense that small dust particles that would normally destroy a space craft, are simply disassociated on the atomic level. Due to the fact the craft produces its own gravitational field, occupants can walk about normally and will experience the same level of gravity they do on Earth. This would prevent the muscle and bone degradation found when exposed to long periods of zero gravity. Also, the occupants should not feel the inertial effects of sudden acceleration.
If verified this technology could suddenly leap mankind forward to an age of space exploration beyond that of Star Trek. This technology is claimed to offer not only faster than light travel, but almost instant space travel. Theoretically, a craft could travel to the nearest star system (4.2 light years away) in seconds! Of course this technology offers benefits inside of a planetary atmosphere. A craft utilizing this technology would not come into physical contact with air due to the powerful magnetic field around the craft. This would eliminate drag and prevent sonic booms. It is also claimed that the craft would be able to travel underwater without any drag!
Potentially Game Changing Theory of Gravity
The theory behind the reactor and how it produces such forces is potentially revolutionary. Keshe claims that all matter (including protons and electrons) are composed of anti-matter, dark-matter, and normal matter. Gravity is produced by the magnetic fields of these various types of matter interacting with each other. By turning matter into a plasma these different components can be disentangled from each other. Doing so can allow for powerful magnetic and gravitational fields to be created. Also, the same process can be used to produce an unlimited supply of energy. This can be done by simply adding special coils near the spinning plasma.
It would be easy to dismiss this technology as being fantasy, except for the fact that many specific claims have been made. Apparently, work on the propulsion aspect of the technology is complete. They have small units (less than ten kilograms) that can produce tons of lifting force. The first prototype produced so much lift that he had to jump on top of it to stop it from flying too far upwards! This technology has been shared with various nations including the USA, Iran, and Russia. NASA and other space agencies have been given all the information about the technology. It is claimed the technology is now being scaled up, but Keshe states he cannot talk about the details.
The goal of the Keshe Foundation is to open up a university in which students from around the world would spend six years learning about the technology, building systems, and going back to their home country to teach others. This would make sure all nations have access to the technology. By 2015 the foundation also plans to have a full scale craft that would allow tourists to visit the moon.
There are only three options here. Keshe has produced a breakthrough technolology that holds the potential to change our world, he is an absolute liar, or he is delusional. There is nothing in between these possibilities. Either his claims are true or they are not. Tons of lift from a ten kilogram device cannot be a measurement error.
Beyond the Tech of Star Trek
Please let me be clear about my position on the reality of this technology. I very sincerely hope he is telling the truth. In addition, I have no reason to believe he is lying. But the simple extent of this potential breakthrough is almost unfathomable. This technology would overcome every single obstacle to interstellar space travel plus provide an unlimited source of energy. If he is telling the truth, our civilization could soon advance beyond the 24th century.....
There is practically nothing in the world of Star Trek this technology does not also offer.

Iranian Saucer Connection
The critical issue I see is to get verification that his technology is being used in the Iranian flying saucer. We need some sort of official reference, statement, or document directly linking his technology to the craft. I have emailed Keshe a list of questions about his connection to the saucer. The questions I asked are as follows, along with the answers he provided (in red) on April 07, 2011 12:46 AM Mountain time:
1) I believe I heard you say in a recent interview there is a video of your reactor producing lift, but it has not been made public. When do you think it might be made public? This is the decision of the Iranian government.
2) Is there any reference you can provide that would directly link your technology to the technology used in Iran's flying saucer?

3) Have you personally seen Iran's flying saucer? If so, where and in what circumstance? I built the initial system for lift and tested for them 2.5 years ago in Iran. Iran up to then was producing rockets and never even talked about spaceship program.

- How large is it?

While the world commemorated the Apollo astronauts' landing on the moon 40 years ago, I was privileged Monday, on the moon landing anniversary, to interview nuclear engineer, Mehran T. Keshe of the Keshe Foundation, who on that momentous day had sent out notice to government leaders around the world that he has a plasma technology in Belgium with anti-gravity (not his terminology) and energy-generating ramifications that could lead the way to commercially viable journeys into space and to the moon, along with generating affordable, renewable energy both for transportation and electricity.
He plans to publicly demonstrate the technology to thousands of people in major cities around the world next year; and he plans to start booking flights for space travel – e.g. up 60 km above the earth – by 2014, and for flights to the moon by 2016, transporting thousands of people to those destinations for a small fraction of the cost of what fuel-based shuttle services are projecting. He'll even be accepting down payments with guarantees for both flight opportunities. You'll be able to put 20% of $50,000 Euros down to reserve your seat on a trip to the moon. "It may even end up costing less than that." In the interview, Keshe briefly explained the science behind the technology. "It's not anti-gravity," he corrected me. Rather, what happens is that his plasma reactor creates a local imitation of the Earth's magnetic-gravitational properties, complete with magnetosphere, providing protection from the cosmic rays that can otherwise be deadly outside of the Earth's atmosphere. Because the phenomenon is local to the reactor, a gravitational force of 1-G is maintained for all craft occupants, including during acceleration and deceleration.
Existing craft, such as a 747, minus the wings (they get in the way), could serve as the transport shell, once fitted with the plasma reactor; though spherical craft would be better. Weight is no issue. Number of passengers is no issue. And no specialized training would be required for the pilots of such craft.
And the transport capabilities are not just for space. Imagine going from New York to Paris in a matter of minutes, rather than half a day. Imagine having one of these to beat the traffic to work. Imagine living in some remote location in the Alps, powered by the same technology, and commuting to Australia -- or to the moon, to help build a colony there. The trucking industry would no longer involve highways, but would be point-to-point specific, rapid, and involve no fuel costs.
Speaking of fuel, one of my primary interests in this technology is its claims for cheap, clean energy generation. Keshe claims that his reactors can produce on the level of kilowatts of electricity, with no fuel, drawing energy from the environment where it is replenished from an inexhaustible source using principles of plasma. And he says that these reactors (in the range of 3 kW output, continuous) are available presently for interested parties (e.g. for potential licensing) to inspect or to test for themselves.
He told me that the technology is far enough advanced, and simple enough that a licensing party could be in production in a matter of several weeks, not including the 2-3 month training period for learning the technology. Given the regulatory hoops alone, I find that a bit hard to believe, but I'm intrigued by the principle of simplicity. He said that the quantity of units presently deployed numbers in the hundreds. Those entering into negotiations for licenses do so under NDA, and will be required to provide proof of financial capability of payment for setting up factories and paying for licensing.
While the demonstration units will be expensive (e.g. $50k Euros to purchase for testing), once mass produced, Keshe thinks the price for these kilowatt generators could be in the few hundreds of dollars -- like ten times cheaper than the cheapest energy sources available today of any variety; and they would last for decades. For example, a 3-5 kilowatt unit might cost $200 Euros and last 20-30 years.
Eventually, each community or even each home could be fitted with one, and each vehicle. The technology wouldn't really scale down smaller than that, so you'll still need cords, batteries or some kind of inductive coupling for your portable devices and appliances.
I have asked Keshe if I can contact some of the people who have tested his technology, and he is in process of receiving permissions to do so, as the contract as it is written grants confidentiality.

I asked Keshe about the gravity modification capabilities of his technology in terms of what he's actually accomplished, beyond just theoretical speculation. He said that he has elevated a 100+ kg mass -- himself. Apparently, in his book, he describes how he damaged a system by jumping on it last year while it was flying. He sent me a link to a confidential video showing a 9 kg mass changing to 8 kg, and a 7 kg mass changing to 6 kg. He claims to have been able to figure out not only the elevation control, but also the direction of motion control.
Keshe told me that his device is a "simple nuclear reactor," but that it doesn't involve controlled nuclear isotopes, but that it involves materials that could be found in a home, having minute levels of radioactivity. Part of the process apparently involves extracting hydrogen from the atmosphere, so I presume that space travel would require storage tanks of some kind. Keshe said that even the "human body is a miniature nuclear reactor", involving nitrogen.

Was US Spy Drone Captured by Iranian Flying Saucer?
Mehran Tavakoli Keshe, an Iranian scientist and engineer, claims that an Iranian flying saucer technology he developed was used to capture the Sentinel drone about which the mainstream media has been reporting. Does Iran have a space program more advanced than NASA's?
Of all the inventors making bold claims on the internet, Iranian nuclear engineer Mehran Tavakoli Keshe is perhaps the most enigmatic, and the most interesting. By allegedly harnessing a fusion reaction that manipulates dark matter, regular matter, and antimatter, he claims to have developed technologies that rival those in science fiction. As we reported last April, Keshe claims that years ago he gave the Iranian military his technology in order for them to produce flying saucers; and the alleged Iranian flying saucer that had popped up in the news last March was a result of that. He had offered it to NASA, but they poopooed it.

If his statements are true, these craft can do more than just manipulate gravity for propulsion. They can also produce force fields, emit tractor beams, generate unlimited amounts of clean energy, and have inertial damping systems that allow occupants to avoid feeling accelerations.
Keshe is now claiming in a post made to his forum on December 13, that this technology was used by Iran to capture the unmanned Sentinel spy drone that the US military had sent over. He states that the drone was snatched out of the air with force fields, and then placed on the ground, without significant damage (as seen in the photo), to be retrieved. This is very different than Iran's official story that claims the drone was captured with a "cyber attack" or hacking. If Keshe's claim is true, then the "official" story from Iran is a spin. As he continues in his post, Keshe talks about how the Iranian saucer program is more advanced than NASA's space program. He describes it as being "light years" ahead of NASA. However, he makes it clear the technology is not going to be used for aggressive purposes by the Iranian military, but only for peaceful purposes. He describes Iran as a peace-loving nation, which may or may not be accurate.
In the same post, he invites the United States and other nations of the world to negotiate with the Keshe Foundation for full disclosure and use of the technology. It seems that he is serious about wanting the technology to be used for the good of the planet, and not to give one nation's military an advantage over all others. Here is an excerpt.

In the past, in this forum, and in my presentations around Europe, and in my international interviews in the past months, I have explained again and again that the Keshe Foundation and Iranian spaceship program has the capability of radar blockage and capture of material in airborne condition.

What he may or may not realize, is that the black-budget, military-industrial-complex based in the United States has been testing advanced air and space craft for decades. Some of these very secret craft are probably using technology reverse-engineered from the extraterrestrial space craft that crashed near Roswell, NM in 1947. After fifty or so years of working with ET technology, the military-industrial-complex more than likely has craft that rival those in Iran's nascent saucer program. The difference is that Keshe offers his technology to mankind, while the military-industrial-complex sequesters their advanced technology for their own nefarious purposes. According to Keshe, Iran just happens to be the first to embrace his technology.
It is difficult to know if Keshe is telling the truth, if he is exaggerating, or if he is delusional. He has made so many extremely amazing claims, it is hard to believe all of them can be true. If they are *all* true, then he has developed every technology needed for humanity to colonize the galaxy. Simply put, we would not need to wait hundreds of years to build the Starship Enterprise, we could build it right now!

Keshe seems to be starting to provide some limited amount of evidence to back up his assertions. He claims that there was a demonstration during a one and a half hour lecture in Belgium on December 3, 2011, that was organized by the Belford Group of Belgium. According to him, 130 people attended the demonstration. During the event, he asserts a video recording of a laboratory system was shown, that had weight reducing abilities. Afterwards, the actual weight reducing system was demonstrated to the audience. In addition, a 3-4 kilowatt generator was presented, along with an "Oasis" system. An article found on the "wanttoknow.nl" website discusses a lecture he gave in the Netherlands, in November of this year. The author of the article describes how during the lecture he showed a video of a three kilowatt generator, but then claimed he could not demonstrate it there, because the police had stolen it from him.
Repeatedly, Keshe claims to be the victim of suppression by various governments and organizations. For example, in Toronto he had all of his papers stolen by Canadian government officials. If his technology works as he claims, I think suppression of his technology is very likely, because it could change the world if widely adopted.
If Keshe's claims have any veracity, this is one of the most amazing developments taking place on the planet.
Sterling Allan, the founder of PESN, had the opportunity to conduct an hour and a half long interview with Mehran Keshe, the individual who claims to have given Iran the advanced space technology that enabled them to capture a US spy drone.
Mehran Keshe of the Keshe Foundation claims that the advanced space technology he gave the Iranian military a few years ago, was used to capture the Sentinel spy drone. He claims saucer craft were able to pick the drone out of the sky with force fields, and bring it down from its 20,000 foot cruising altitude to the ground intact. We reviewed his claims in part one of this article, titled, "Was US Spy Drone Captured by Iranian Flying Saucer."
Now, Sterling Allan, the founder of PESN, has conducted an hour and a half long interview with Keshe. The interview spans a wide array of topics, covering everything from Iranian saucer technology, free energy technology, and even global politics.
As the interview began, Keshe reiterated his claim that the Iranian military used advanced space technology (far beyond anything NASA may have) to capture the Sentinel spy drone. He claims the proof of this is that the drone was barely damaged in the photos released by the Iranian military. According to him, if the drone had been shot down or simply hacked into, it would have crashed and been destroyed.
The guidance technology on that drone is the most sophisticated navigation technology on the planet, at least among the non-black-budget projects. Interception required jamming the guidance signal that would trigger it to self-destruct in the case of hacking or other interference.
Allegedly, the technology used by the Iranian military to build their saucer fleet was given to them by the Keshe Foundation. The technology does not only offer an advanced means of propulsion, but also inertial damping, tractor beams, force fields, and the ability to jam radar. He states that although the Iranian military was the first to acquire the technology, he has also given the technology to the Belgian government, along with another undisclosed nation. He claims that Canada stole some of his technology when they seized all his papers and materials when he was on a trip through Toronto.
When it comes to the potential use of the technology for warfare, Keshe stated that he wants all nations to acquire the technology. He claims if all nations have the technology, then no nation will have an advantage over others who do not; and its primary advantage is defensive, not offensive.
A variation of the same technology that is said to allow for advanced propulsion is also asserted to allow for the clean production of electricity. Keshe is taking deposits for both 3-4 kilowatt power generators that require a 500 Euro deposit, and 10 kilowatt power generators that require a 2,000 Euro deposit. The full price of the 3-4 kilowatt system is five thousand Euro, and the full price of the 10 kilowatt system is twenty thousand Euro. However, he stated the prices for both systems are about to go up, due to high demand. During the interview he explained how these systems are far more economical and advantageous than solar powered systems. They run twenty four hours a day, unlike solar panels that only operate in the day time, and they are cheaper than solar power systems. They also are claimed to only require refueling once every thirty to fifty years. These systems are also sealed to prevent anyone from opening them up and seeing how they work.
Keshe claims they started manufacturing the first ten thousand units six months ago. The first units should start shipping to customers in about six months. He mentioned that if the units are not shipped within 12 months the deposits will be returned. He described how the deposits are sitting in a secure bank account, completely untouched. A story was told about how once someone complained about how the deposits were being managed. Keshe said that two governments examined the bank account the deposits were held in, and determined everything was in order.
In the near future, after the ten thousand units are delivered, the profits generated will be used to open a university where students will learn about the technology. They had approached established universities requesting access to their facilities, but their requests were denied.
A long conversation began about the concept of free energy, and the implications in regards to government revenue. Keshe made it clear that he did not want to disrupt the status-quo, and was cooperating with governments to make sure they would be able to tax the energy produced by his systems, or the systems themselves. It seems he thinks taxes on fuel and energy are the main source of revenue for many nations, and there are no alternatives. Sterling Allan brought up the idea of reducing the size of government so such taxes would not be needed. Keshe still insisted taxes would be needed.
Repeatedly, he stated that people have the wrong idea about free energy, because they will not be able to use it without paying taxes on it. If people did not pay taxes on free energy, kids would not be educated, the old would not be looked after, infrastructure would deteriorate, etc... My opinion is that free energy technology will stimulate the economy so much that no such taxes will be needed, because the tax revenue from other sources will increase. For example, if more people get jobs due to new factories being built to manufacture millions of free energy devices, then they will actually be earning money so they will have to pay more to the income tax. In addition, they will be buying more goods so they will be paying more sales tax. They will be paying other taxes as well. Right now, one reason why so many nations are bankrupt is because their people are bankrupt. When people are broke and out of work, they are not paying taxes. If free energy technology can put people to work, then governments will be able to generate revenue without creating any new taxes.
According to Keshe, he has been given one or two lectures a week for many months. Most of these lectures have been held in Europe. He claims to have demonstrated multiple technologies in a recent lecture in Belgium, but he required that everyone put their cameras and cell phones in black bags, to prevent any pictures from being taken. In 2012 there will be many more such lectures. The lectures will also have different topics. Some of them will be about the energy producing aspects of the technology, others will be about the medical applications, and others will be about the space travel aspect of the technology. Many of these lectures will be held at the Keshe Foundation facilities that have a room that can host 130 people.
Keshe sees his technology as benefiting space travel more than anything else. It allegedly solves all the problems relating to space flight.
Here is a short list of what it is capable of accomplishing, according to him.
- Extremely fast speeds that would allow for rapid travel through the solar system and beyond. A round trip to Mars, with a stop at the moon, would take a few days.
- Deflector fields that can destroy tiny particles that could impact and destroy a vehicle traveling at high speed.
- Friction removal, so there is no effect from environmental friction as the vehicle travels through the atmosphere.
- Inertial damping so that the occupants of a craft would not feel accelerations.
- Force fields that can block space radiation.
- Artificial gravity so that the occupants would be able to live and work just like they do on Earth, without having to worry about the effect of weightlessness on their body.
- Invisibility or cloaking technology.
- Replicators or the ability to turn energy into food and water.
- Healing technology to address injuries or sickness that might arise.
Over the last year he has also gained new supporters, and describes the Keshe Foundation as being "cash rich." He claims they do not need partners to help manufacture products. They have the money and facilities they need. If a serious company wants to distribute products, they can come to them and put in an order. When the products are ready they will be notified, and they can pick them up.
When Sterling asked who should a potential interested party contact to get confirmation the technology works, Keshe stated that they show everything to serious parties. If a company is interested in the technology, they should go directly to the foundation. They would provide them with the information they need. However, they ignore the "lunatics" that are not serious, and do not really want to help them.
Other technologies the Keshe Foundation is working on were also talked about. They have medical technologies that are claimed to allow paralyzed individuals to re-gain their ability to walk. Some time ago they offered to use the technology to help congresswoman Giffords, who was shot in the head. Also, they claim to have a technology that can create water and food anywhere -- on Earth or in space. For space travel, it is claimed the technology transforms the gaseous carbon that is emitted from breathing into solid carbon, that can "have some things added to it", and can be consumed as food. This product is claimed to be in human trials.
Keshe announced during the interview that a deal had been made to commercialize devices using his technology that somehow produces water by extracting it from the humidity in the air. Instead of using condensation methods, the technology uses magnetic fields. The resulting water is said to be completely pure. This would be potentially a better solution than obtaining water from condensation systems, because pollution from the atmosphere can contaminate the water they produce. Keshe's method allegedly attracts only the water molecules from the surrounding, and nothing else.
The subject of Iran's image around the world was also discussed. Keshe repeatedly claimed that Iran is a peaceful nation. He claims that Iran will never use the saucer technology to attack other nations. However, he did say that if the United States or another nation sent a missile to hit Iran, that they have the technology to send it back at whoever sent it, or to deflect it out to space, because nuclear explosions anywhere on earth impact the entire planet, as illustrated by the Chernoble and Fukushima disasters.
During the call he also thanked Iran and Belgium for supporting his research.
When the topic of UFOs was brought up, Keshe made it clear he does not think extraterrestrials are visiting our planet. He thinks that there is life elsewhere in the universe, but ETs are not flying in our skies. Despite the fact that nations like the United States have black budget programs working on advanced, top secret aircraft, he does not think that there is any space technology in the world that can compete with his.
It is difficult to determine the truth about these claims. I see three possibilities.
1. Keshe is the most important scientist in the history of mankind, and is about to push humanity into an amazing new era of almost "too good to be true" technology.
2. Keshe has a theory and is working on a product, but is exaggerating about what has been accomplished with the technology.
3. Keshe is delusional and needs mental help.
I think that all three of the above have about an equal probability of being true.
Regardless if he is a hero or an insane madman, his story is interesting. I'm really hoping he is telling the truth, and his claims are accurate. If they are, the future is about to become very exciting!

It has been proven through development of manmade systems, with internal structure similar to the planet earth cores, that gravity is created due to the interaction of magnetic fields within the different internal cores of the planet.
What is gravitational positioning mean and what does it achieve? Gravitational positioning is the principle by which the universal objects find their position in respect to each other. For example this is how the moon Ganymede finds its position (distance, speed) in relation to the planet Jupiter.
The position of Ganymede would be different if the composition of the inner cores of this moon were different. Similarly the Earth has a relative fixed position in respect to the Sun and the moon in respect to the earth and so on. Gravitational positioning is the point of the balance between the Magnetic field and gravitational field forces of one system in respect to the other.

Mehran Tavakoli Keshe is a nuclear engineer involved with plasma reactors which are designed in analogy with cosmology. He postulates that the known inner core of Earth encapsulates a smaller hollow space of about 8 km diameter. This small center is filled with hydrogen, helium and other elements, and its acts like a semi-nuclear reactor. This reactor generates a proper magnetic field. This first magnetic field is superimposed by the second magnetic field which is created by convection.
Similar to this approach Marvin Herndon, a US geophysicist, postulates a georeactor in the center of Earth, but filled with heavy radioactive elements. Keshe refers however to the solar system where the majority of the lightest elements, hydrogen and helium, are positioned in the center, in the Sun.
While this theory is not confirmed by the academic world, Keshe states that by applying his theoretical concepts in reactor prototypes he generates voltage and current, and is able to create graphene at room temperature and ambient pressure.
Mehran Keshe was born in Iran in 1958, as son to an X-ray engineer working for Philips and Siemens, and he was introduced to the world of radiation and nuclear at a very young age. In the mid-seventies he moved to the United Kingdom, Europe, for further education in the field of nuclear physics. In 1981 he graduated from Queen Mary, University of London as nuclear engineer specialized in reactor technology system control. At that time he developed a number of theoretical ideas related to more simple nuclear concepts and their applications, and the possibilities of using double magnetics fields inside reactors, which ideas were not accepted for testing by the nuclear industry. He then decided to enter into private international trading. While running his private business he developed further his nuclear concepts, and finally in 2002 he has decided to finish the full design of his ideas about nuclear technology. This includes the production of gravity and anti-gravity, and energy be the use of nuclear material in a clean and safe hydrogen fueled reactor.
Mehran Keshe introduced the concept of double magnetic fields, to explain the magnetic and gravitational field of Earth.
Unknown by the existing scientific community he wrote a number of scientific papers in 2004 and sent them for peer-review, such as "The creation of black holes". When one of the persons performing the peer-review used in public his information he decided to draw back his papers, and to concentrate further on the building of prototypes.
In 2004 Keshe was invited to Belgium by a semi-official organization for the evaluation of the technology, and his technology was examined by scientists at the VUB in Brussels from November of 2004 until March 2005. The report from the University concluded that the production of energy through his new technology "is feasible". Since early October of 2005 three international patents for the plasma reactor technology have been applied for, for all aspects of its possible use, covering some hundreds of applications.
At the end of 2005 and the beginning of 2006 several static plasma reactors were built, which proved the theoretical insights stated before. These static reactors work at room temperature and at normal atmospheric pressure, similar as the conditions claimed for cold fusion. These reactors provide voltage and current. Also deposits of pure carbon layers are generated in these reactors, and Raman spectroscopy performed by a well known scientific Institute has confirmed that these layers are wall-graphite of sp2, also called graphene.
Since the beginning of 2006 several prototypes of dynamic reactors are build, some specifically designed to create hovering effects, similar to effects sees with magnetic levitation. Keshe claims that basic hovering effects have been achieved.

Inventor and saxophone player Peter Davey has come up with a device that he claims boils water in no time.
“The design of the Davey’s sonic heater is extremely simple. It actually is composed of two major parts only – see Figure K8 (3) from monograph [1/4]. The most important out of these two parts is a resonating hemispherical bowl (1) made of a sound inducing metal plate. The second part is a buffering hemispherical bowl (2) almost identical in shape to the bowl (1). This second bowl has the radius around 4 mm larger than the resonating hemispherical bowl (1).
