Usually I hate recaps, where a book or article will consist of the first 80% being history, making the reader wait for the meat of the story, ‘where’s the beef indeed’. So I’ll keep my recap as brief as possible since NEXUS readers usually know these things from their own researches. Bear in mind what you are about to read has been pieced together from various anecdotal information over the years.

The closest I’d yet come to anyone directly associated with the Clem engine was when I tracked down his daughter Teresa (thanks to investigative funding from Ken in Las Vegas) and met with her and her two adult children. It’s a long story and you can read all that I had gathered over the years at KeelyNet.com, or go directly to the Clem files and it will take you to the Index page which lists four files.

What exactly was the Clem Engine you might ask?

Back in the mid-1970s, gifted inventor Richard Clem was working for the city of Dallas, operating heavy equipment when he noticed that a heated asphalt sprayer for paving streets would continue running for many minutes after the gas engine was turned off. This aroused his natural curiosity and from this, he designed and built a closed system engine that was purported to generate 350 HP and run itself. The engine weighed about 200 pounds and ran on cooking oil at temperatures of 300 F..

Richard installed the engine in a modified automobile chassis and drove the car up and down Central Expressway in Dallas, around the area and even took a trip to El Paso and back. This sensational discovery was in the news at the time and even on local Dallas television.

I was told the engine consisted of a cone mounted on a horizontal axis (we later were told it was vertical). The shaft which supported the cone was hollow and the cone had spiraling channels cut into it.

These spiraling pathways wound around the cone terminating at the cone base in the form of nozzles (rim jets). Construction of the engine was from off the shelf components except for the hollow shaft and the custom cone with the enclosed spiral channels.

When fluid was pumped into the hollow shaft at pressures ranging from 300-500 PSI (pounds per square inch), it moved into the closed spiraling channels of the cone and exited from the nozzles. This action added to the spin of the cone. As the velocity of the fluid increased, so did the rotational speed of the cone.

As the speed continued to increase, the fluid heated up, requiring a heat exchange and filtering process. At a certain velocity, the rotating cone became independent of the drive system and began to operate of itself. The engine ran at speeds of 1800 to 2300 RPM. Literally capturing a ‘tornado in a box’.

Shortly after, the inventor died from a heart attack and I was told his papers and models were removed (later we found out his second wife sent them all to the dumpground as trash!), the son of the inventor is said to have taken the only working model of the machine to a farm near Dallas. There it was buried under 10 feet of concrete and has supposedly been running at that depth for several years. So I was told by Al Holman, my first source.

In later conversations, our contact says the engine had been tested by Bendix Corporation. The test involved attaching the engine to a dynamometer to measure the amount of horsepower generated by the engine in its self-running mode.

It generated a consistent 350HP, (actually it was 325HP) for 9 consecutive days which astounded the engineers at Bendix. They concluded the only source of energy which could generate this much power in a CLOSED SYSTEM over an extended period must be of an atomic nature, or a small hidden internal combustion engine.

I I really question both of these because anything atomic would require many feet of heavy, thick lead shielding and the small engine suspicion makes no sense because 1HP = 746Watts, so 325 HP is about 243KW. We all know how big a gas or diesel powered home emergency power generator is and they only produce 3-10KWs, so I have to discount both of these speculations for power generation.

As the years have passed, we have accumulated slightly more information, such as the fact that he first tried engine oil but found it would break down too soon due to the high heat produced by the engine, so he used Mazola cooking oil which would operate over many months at the requisite +300 degrees F..

Roughly four years have passed with no new information coming in about the Clem engine until around Halloween of 2009. The KeelyNet.com server crashed and was down for four days so I consulted with longtime friend and associate Dan York and ended up switching the keelynet.com domain name over to hostgator.com where I rented server space, thanks to advice from another longtime, close friend Paul Carlson. I received many emails wanting to know what happened and since my email was also on Dan’s server, I couldn’t answer until I was setup at hostgator.

One of those emails asked what happened to the pictures of the red car that Clem built. I responded explaining I was having to reload all the files so it might take some time. Within the next day or so, I had the Clem files back up and received another email from this guy Jim Ray, who said he was an ex-aerospace engineer. He said he knew Clem and had some inside information if I was interested, well DUH! I emailed him my phone number and he called up that afternoon. He told me he worked with Richard Clem for awhile and helped him build motor #4 which couldn’t duplicate the efficiency of the original motor that Clem destroyed after the death and bomb threats. Just when he thought he’d figured it out, he died the next day.

According to daughter Teresa, Clem’s second wife had trashed all of his work and sold off his equipment. Teresa told me she managed to get a working blueprint but Jim says he doubts it because Clem was very paranoid and refused to write down anything that would reveal his secret. That made some sense except Teresa told me she often helped her dad draw up plans and she had one of those drawings, yet when I met with her, she said she had signed a contract with her lawyer and a professor at some local university but admitted none of them had a clue as to how the engine worked.

Following this first phone call from Jim Ray, we exchanged many emails and he sent me about 20 documents of his company’s work (Micro-Combustion, Inc.) with what he knew of the Clem engine and how he had taken it much further, building several working models, which were tested and validated by NASA and by the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

Jim is President of Micro-Combustion, Inc. and I have been in extensive correspondence with him both to create a website with the intention of getting the word out about this discovery and plans to finally get this engine on the market.

We finally got all the documents posted except one and are now in the processing of tweaking it for a bit of additional information and cosmetic improvements.

“The first engine built by Richard Clem was an engine he built and tested in his shop. That engine had no control valves or any means of controlling the RPMs, or closing off the fluid flow from the hydraulic pump. On the first test, it started running faster and faster, and that was when Richard cleared the shop. The engine RPMs continued to increase until it blew up.

For further information Google “keelynet clem” and review photos of Clem cars and engines. Find the photos with the two cars (one red and one in the grass) and the original engine with numbers.

The second engine was built with control valves for controlling the fluid flow, and installed in the red car depicted in the photos. That car was an old Ford. It was driven around town and eventually discarded when the crankshaft twisted beyond repair. Richard was also afraid that Ford Motor Company would lay claim to his engine. Needless to say, Richard was very protective and very secretive about his invention.

The third engine was placed in the old car body sitting in the grass. This is the car that was demonstrated at the Texas State Fair, where the news media rode on the back and Boyd Matson of a local Dallas TV station drove it. This demonstration received national and international attention.

It was at this time that Richard started to receive many threats on his life including bomb scares. Jim Ray, now president of Micro-Combustion, was there and witnessed most of it, including one bomb scare. Then someone came down from Washington and verified what Richard had built and demonstrated, and stated that he would not live thirty days if he did not destroy the engine. He did so but hid some of the crucial parts in an old scrap iron pile located in the back of his shop.

The Bendix Corporation sent down two people to test the engine for emissions or any particulate for 9 days straight 24 hours per day.

A group of people came over from Taiwan and took moving pictures of the car running up and down the road.

Engine #4 was the one on which Mr. Ray assisted, including getting some of the old parts from the scrap iron pile. It was built and put in the same old car in the grass because Richard had now removed any trace of the serial numbers from that car frame and body. This fourth engine was considered the new improved version of his “Hydraulic Motor”. It was more difficult to start; in fact the battery-powered starter would not start. Jim Ray then pushed Richard up and down the road driving his old work truck to get the old car engine started. This engine would not run very long before going dead.

Richard died before he could figure out where he had gone wrong from the first generation engines. He also never determined the chemistry or physics of the engine, and had never developed it far enough to prove out all the scientific knowledge and engineering theories for purposes of patent and commercialization.

Jim was with Richard one Saturday afternoon and he stated that he thought he had figured out where he had gone wrong. The next morning Richard had a heart attack and died. As previously stated, this engine was different from the first three, as validated by a third party from San Antonio.

Several years and many different configurations later, Mr. Ray duplicated this particular engine and then tried over a period of several years to figure out what the first engine’s actual configuration was and how it was different from this new generation engine. However, this engine was the one that produced 10 hp of torque as documented by NASA and Oak Ridge National Energy Lab in 2004 in South Louisiana.

It was in 2005 that a NASA scientist and Jim Ray saw on the Internet the picture of the actual first engine (the turbine) and noticed it had a double chamber.

As the president of Micro-Combustion he then figured out how to build this engine with the double chamber, but did not have sufficient funds or shop capability to complete or rebuild this design, instead concentrating on the physics and chemistry of the original engine.

Richard had claimed that it was perpetual motion but since there is no such thing Jim felt there was some unknown factor in the equation of the Laws of Physics.

The company has now postulated a theory complying with these equations and Laws of Physics as to what made Richard’s engine run without air induction and/or combustion of any given amount or type of fuel. Please see the paper by Dr. John Scott and Jim Ray entitled “Dissociation of the Molecules in the Vapor of a Bubble Produced in the Process of Cavitation”.

Jim Ray continued to study the Clem engines, and years later, after the forming of Micro-Combustion, Inc., continued to better understand the principles behind its operation. Patent applications were filed and have since been updated with the important discoveries of Drs. Nguyen and Scott (see Articles and Tests).”

So you can see the progression over time has been a long and hard fought battle to document and validate the Molecular Dissociation process using micro-bubble cavitation. Another quote from the micro-combustion.com website will further elucidate how the engine works;

“The Cavitation-Ignition Bubble Combustion (CIBC) engine is a new discovery in green energy technology that holds the potential to replace fossil fuel altogether. The basic idea behind this new engine is simple but revolutionary:

it utilizes a small air bubble in a fluid (the fuel) as the combustion chamber to compress, ignite, and capture the energy (heat) released by the combustion of the fuel-air contents of the bubble.

The fuel also happens to be the working fluid, which drives the turbine blades to extract power. The CIBC engine can run on just about any liquid hydrocarbon fuel, including plant, mineral, or recycled oils.

Although the CIBC engine can operate on petroleum-based fuels, they are not required. Its ability to operate on alternative liquid fuels holds the potential, if fully realized, to transform the transportation sector by reducing or eliminating our nation’s reliance on domestic or imported petroleum-based fuels.”

One more quote to give you an idea of the enormity of this work and how it will affect the world once the engines are put into production;

14. More efficient than internal combustion engine or Diesel.

18. Can be downsized without compromising power output.

19. Engine operating principle and function is similar to that of an inertia wheel.

20. Fuel is plentiful, cheap, convenient, and totally domestic without requiring or consuming any additional food source such as ethanol or other bio-fuels.

As you can see, this engine is for real and is the next incarnation of the original Richard Clem engine. You have no idea of the elation I felt when I learned of this thanks to Jim Ray and Rob Woods. It has been so many years digging, studying, collecting and sharing information hoping that one day it would yield a rediscovery of the Clem engine and so it has happened.

Well, let’s not be premature, as a matter of fact, I won’t be satisfied until these motors are in use everywhere.

No doubt you can see many correlations throughout history and today, Keely’s Molecular Dissociation and his Cavitation Engine, Schauberger’s Implosion Engine the Zokwendle, Griggs Hydrosonics and several more which adds that much more credence to this new Clem Engine understanding.

"Sonoluminescence can occur when a sound wave of sufficient intensity induces a gaseous cavity within a liquid to collapse quickly. This cavity may take the form of a pre-existing bubble, or may be generated through a process known as cavitation.

Spectral measurements have given bubble temperatures in the range from 2300 K to 5100 K (3680.33F. to 8720.33F.), the exact temperatures depending on experimental conditions including the composition of the liquid and gas. Detection of very high bubble temperatures by spectral methods is limited due to the opacity of liquids to short wavelength light characteristic of very high temperatures.

Writing in Nature, chemists David J. Flannigan and Kenneth S. Suslick describe a method of determining temperatures based on the formation of plasmas. Using argon bubbles in sulfuric acid, their data show the presence of ionized molecular oxygen O2+, sulfur monoxide, and atomic argon populating high-energy excited states, which confirms a hypothesis that the bubbles have a hot plasma core. The ionization and excitation energy of dioxygenyl cations, which they observed, is 18 electronvolts. From this they conclude the core temperatures reaches at least 20,000 Kelvin (35540.33F.)." - Wikipedia Source

That is really a 'dry heat'! And who would have thought you could produce that kind of temperature in a liquid environment? So much for heat, now let's find out about sonoluminescent pressure;

"The high resolution multibubble sonoluminescence (MBSL) spectra arising from the ultrasonic irradiation of metal carbonyls and other volatile metal- containing compounds dissolved in silicone oil saturated with helium or argon are reported. These MBSL spectra showed that the pressure within the bubble at the point of emission was on the order of 300 bar (300 bar = 4,351.1321402 pounds/square inch) in argon- saturated silicone oil, which is consistent with simple adiabatic compression during cavitation." - Pressure during sonoluminescence

Of course modern science slowly catches up yet rarely acknowledges the original discoverers of phenomena years ahead of their time. Keely reported blue flashes of light from his acoustic focusing devices which we now call sonoluminescence.

Now tell me you can't imagine how Keely could have used focused soundwaves and tuned resonators to produce hmmm....light....pressure...heat....MOTIVE FORCE?

Also a direct correlation between sonoluminescence and standing waves is the animation in the left column of the keelynet.com page. It is a representation of how the aether/zpe influx reflects from Keely's Neutral Center to form a standing wave. Very similar to a sonoluminescent bubble and the formation by the SUCTION of cavitation and it's collapse to produce intense heat and pressure.

It is the aether/zpe influx which cascades into the neutral center and is reflected outwards to form the boundary of all matter to create what is called mass, gravity, time, weight and indeed, reality, all of which are encompassed in this seminal singularity animation.

In the terms used by Keely in the late 1800's, he referred to this standing wave boundary as;

'This far shalt thou go, and no further.'

Also see Matter as Bubbles in the Aether - "The occultists labour the point that instead of matter being solid within an empty insubstantial aether, the aether itself is VERY DENSE (one thousand million times denser than platinum, according to Oliver Lodge's estimate), and matter is REALLY JUST BUBBLES-the ABSENCE OF AETHER. Fizzing can be induced if the piston is moved; thus did Cosmic Fohat - Superforce - induce a quantum-vacuum transition (Mulaprakriti to Koilon), releasing energy which tore the aether apart into numerous 'subatomic particles' - BUBBLES - which we see as substantial even though they are, in fact, THE ABSENCE OF SUBSTANCE. Thus was matter SUCKED INTO EXISTENCE in the cosmic expansion. Paul Davies writes that "what appears as empty space is actually a seething ferment....of quantum activity, teeming with [ghost] VIRTUAL PARTICLES and full of complex interactions. ....A real particle...must be always viewed against this backdrop of frenetic activity."

And let's not forget cold fusion, which really isn't 'cold' since the goal is to produce intense, sustained heat for the production of steam to run generators. Do you see all the tie-ins to this fascinating Micro-Bubble Cavitation Combustion discovery?

Imagine an engine the size of a basketball running your car, truck, boat, etc.. And it is scaleable, meaning the bigger it is the more power it produces so we could power trains, shipping freighters, even airplanes, but the best part is to hook it up to a generator and produce all the power for your home.

Finally we could get off the grid which would lead us toward the mythical ‘Autonomous Home’ where you generate all the power you need for heating, air conditioning, cooking, condensing water from the air and dissociating waste. But we still would want, though not truly NEED; internet access, cable tv and cellphones or Skype via the internet.

My dreams of a Utopia grow closer every month, free energy, gravity control, electronic or biological ways to heal and rejuvenate the body and one day I see robot factories mining other planets to produce unlimited goods at no cost to anyone.

This rebirth of the Clem Engine in the form of the ‘Cavitation-Ignition Bubble Combustion (CIBC) Engine’ by the good folks at Micro-Combustion, Inc. is a major stepping stone on that path and I will do all I can to help them complete their work and get these amazing engines on the market. Nine months after the inauguration of a new and potentially transformative American President, we await significant progress on official Disclosure on the UFO/ET subject. While the UK, France, Denmark, Brazil and other countries around the world have increasingly opened their official government files, the US is found lagging behind her sister nations.

This is, in large part, because - up until now - the President has been denied access to such files. The so-called Majestic group illegally compartmentalized their secret operations away from Presidential and Congressional oversight. This secret, satellite government, which is transnational and answers only to itself, must now answer to the people and to this new President.

As you can see from the attached summary of the Special Presidential Briefing (SPB) that we have provided to the President and to his senior military and intelligence team, the full Briefing contains detailed information on the projects, project code numbers, names, corporations, locations etc., associated with the UFO/ET subject. That President Obama investigate the matter, gain proper control over these operations, end for once and forever the secrecy surrounding the UFO subject, and work with other nations to quickly coordinate an official Disclosure;

That President Obama stand-down any covert offensive targeting of ET spacecraft;

That President Obama, working with other leaders around the world, initiate open, peaceful Contact with these Extraterrestrial Civilizations;

That President Obama move swiftly to release the Earth-saving new energy technologies contained within these illegal covert Majestic programs so that we may be freed from the death grip that oil, gas, coal, and nuclear energy have on the planet;

That the Congress hold open, secrecy-free hearings on these matters immediately.

Since the mid-1950s, classified projects connected to extraterrestrial matters have operated outside of constitutionally required oversight and control by the President and Congress. This constitutes a grave and ongoing threat to US national security and global security and peace.
The implications of this subject are such that no aspect of life on Earth will be unaffected by its disclosure. We are acutely aware that this subject is highly controversial and suffers from great social opprobrium within certain elite circles and within the mainstream media.

Indeed, secrecy on the subject has, in part, been maintained by a carefully orchestrated psychological nexus of ridicule, fear, intimidation and disinformation that makes it difficult for any public figure to openly address the matter.

Moreover, the 'bubble' of security and access restrictions that surround the Office of the President makes it very difficult for POTUS to receive accurate information and advice on the subject. The consequences of this secrecy, combined with the psychological aspects mentioned above, have ensured that none of your predecessors have been able to effectively manage this problem. Because of this misguided secrecy, the wondrous new sciences related to advanced energy generation, propulsion and transportation have been withheld from the people. These advances include the generation of limitless clean energy from the so-called zero point energy field and quantum vacuum flux field from the space around us, and propulsion that has been termed (incorrectly) anti-gravity. The constellation of problems that include global warming, biosphere degradation, air pollution, energy security, Mid-East policy, a collapsing geo-economic order, growing disparity between the poor and rich of the world, over-population and human sustainability on Earth, to name but a few, are all interconnected and directly affected by the secrecy surrounding this subject. The solutions lie not in old thinking and technologies but in a new consciousness applying new sciences. These sciences were born in the late 19th and 20th centuries but were abandoned and suppressed due to the lust for power, greed and out of fear of unsettling the status quo.

It is time for a new Emancipation Declaration - one that frees all of humanity from the shackles of economic slavery that results from secret centralized power, corruption and global economic hegemony. The world will not find justice and peace so long as half of the world's population lives in poverty while the other half cannibalizes the Earth to maintain its standard of living. This dire situation can and must be transformed into a world of abundance, clean and plentiful energy and genuine sustainability. On this foundation, with these new sciences, technologies and a new consciousness, we can move forward as a people, united and in peace. Then and only then will we be welcome amongst the other civilizations of the cosmos.

That we are not alone in the universe is now a scientific given. That we have been visited already by advanced civilizations - whose interests here are likely ancient - is controversial. However, in my discussions with European, Vatican, Canadian and other leaders around the world, a growing consensus exists that we have been visited and the time for disclosing this information is long past due. More importantly, an appropriate diplomatic initiative is needed to communicate with these extraterrestrial visitors within a framework of universal peace, free from the past dominance of militarism and paranoia.

Insofar as upwards of 80% of the American people think that 'UFOs' are real, and that some aspect of the government is lying to them about it, continued secrecy redounds only to the benefit of the precious few who profit from such secrecy. This secrecy undermines the credibility of the US and other governments, and allows the cancer of unchecked covert power - forewarned by President Eisenhower in his last address to the nation - to metastasize throughout the world. It now threatens the very life of Earth.

Moreover, there exists a secret, 'unacknowledged' operation that has used very advanced electromagnetic weapon systems to track, target, and on occasion, but with increasing accuracy, down extraterrestrial vehicles. This reckless behavior constitutes an existential threat to all of mankind and must be reined in immediately.

The so-called MJ-12 or Majestic group that controls this subject operates without the consent of the people, or the oversight of the President and Congress. It functions as a transnational government unto itself, answerable to no one. All checks and balances have been obliterated. While as a governing entity it stands outside of the rule of law, its influence reaches into many governments, corporations, agencies, media and financial interests. Its corrupting influence is profound and, indeed, it has operated as a very powerful and embedded global RICO whose power to date remains unchecked.

Upwards of $100 billion of USG funds go annually into this operation, also known as the 'black budget' of the United States - enough to provide universal health care to every man, woman and child in America.

When I first briefed Director of Central Intelligence James Woolsey on this matter in December of 1993, only a third of this governing group was in favor of what we were recommending: Disclosure of the fact that we are not alone in the universe and the careful release of advanced energy generation systems that would replace oil, gas, coal and nuclear power. Sources now inform me that upwards of two-thirds of this group now support such an initiative.

Interests in Europe, the Vatican and Asia, especially France and China, are urging Disclosure. If the United States does not move forward, these other interests will, and America will be left behind and become increasingly irrelevant in the world. This cannot be allowed to happen.

The European and Asian arenas will move with or without US involvement at some point in the very near future, as well they should. Six decades of secrecy is enough.

We are also morally obliged to warn you of an existing highly secretive plan to use advanced technologies to hoax an 'alien attack' on Earth. There exists within the direct control of this Majestic group assets capable of launching such a false flag operation and virtually every person on Earth, as well as most leaders, would be deceived by it. Components of this operation have been tested on the public over the past 50 years and include, but are not limited to:

Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs) - these are advanced anti-gravity aircraft that have been fully operational since at least the late 1950s to early 1960s. Many so-called UFO reports by civilians and military personnel are of such ARVs. They constitute an unacknowledged or 'black' Air Force and these ARVs are capable of extraordinary speed, maneuverability and lift/hover. By 2009, these technologies had gone through many generations of refinement and, if deployed, could easily hoax or simulate an Extraterrestrial Vehicle (ETV). (Note that a UFO is a nonspecific term and could be either an ARV or an ETV.)

Programmed Life Forms (PLFs) - these are well-crafted alien-appearing creatures that, while completely manmade, often deceive unknowing people as 'aliens'. The stagecraft, genetics and other sciences associated with these creatures are beyond the scope of this brief, but are very well developed. I have personally been briefed by multiple independent corroborating sources regarding the development and deployment of PLFs. These creatures, used in conjunction with ARVs, have convincingly launched the pop culture fervor over 'alien abductions'. Victims of such paramilitary human-controlled abductions genuinely believe that they have been abducted by 'aliens' and often have physical stigmata and 'implants' to prove it. These implants are also manmade and we have information about the laboratory and corporation making these items. (See attached documents)

Chemical, optical and electromagnetic systems to assist with creating an alteration in awareness are components of the 'stagecraft' used to hoax an 'alien' event.

The vast majority of information in the public domain on the UFO subject is, therefore, carefully orchestrated disinformation designed to prepare the populace, as well as our leaders, for a non-existent 'alien threat'. The psychological warfare implications of this were described in the 1950s in CIA documents and are further elucidated by other documents and testimony. No less a figure than Wernher Von Braun warned of this cosmic deception.

The objective of such a false flag operation is the creation of an enemy in space that would unite the world behind a global military power against such an 'alien threat'. President Reagan and other leaders have been targeted with such disinformation, which is designed to secure their silence or cooperation with the agenda of secrecy and space weaponization. The President needs to be careful to avoid being similarly deceived.

After very careful review of all data and documents and after interviewing hundreds of top secret witnesses, we have concluded that the actual extraterrestrial presence is distinctly non-hostile. In light of the reckless and aggressive nature of many of our covert military actions and the extraordinarily advanced technologies that permit interstellar travel by these extraterrestrial civilizations, if they were hostile, human civilization would have been dealt with decisively at the dawn of the nuclear era.

These visitors, however, appear to be very concerned with unchecked human hostility, war-making and weapons of mass destruction, combined with our early potential for space travel. The tendency for people to engage in anthropocentric projection leads many to assume a threat where none exists. It is more likely that humanity may be seen as a threat to the cosmic order, insofar as we have failed to restrain the expansion of weapons of mass destruction while attempting to push farther and farther into space. Moreover, we have failed to initiate an enlightened and peaceful diplomatic mission to these extraterrestrial visitors. This needs to change immediately.

Disclosure of this subject must be very carefully planned and positioned as a hopeful and elevating moment in human history. A poorly positioned Disclosure that demonizes these visitors or frightens the public may prove more harmful than secrecy.

As you may know, my uncle was the senior project engineer who worked on the Lunar Module that took Neil Armstrong to the moon. The reason we were not welcome in space then is because the passport to traverse the universe is a stable peaceful world civilization that will go into space united and in peace.

In this regard, world peace and universal peace are two sides of the same coin. Once we vow to live peacefully on Earth and go into space only in peace, we will be welcome with open arms. Until then, a type of cosmic quarantine exists - rightly - around the Earth.

Unfortunately, the media and movie industry are highly penetrated by interests loyal to the Majestic group, which has used the media to, in turns, ridicule the subject and present terrifying images of 'alien invasion'. In short, the populace is almost thoroughly brainwashed on the matter, and this presents a further hurdle that must be carefully taken into account when planning Disclosure.

Nevertheless, the status quo can no longer hold and fundamental change is urgently needed. To this end, we urge the President to undertake a number of initiatives as soon as possible. We recommend that the President:

Appoint a Special Presidential Task Force to investigate this matter, identify covert facilities and assets (see attached summary) and reassert Executive control over these projects;

Identify and immediately stand-down operations that are covertly targeting Extraterrestrial Vehicles, weaponizing space and engaging in rogue disinformation projects;

Develop response plans to minimize the risks related to potential false flag operations that intend to hoax a hostile 'alien' presence, including preparations with military, intelligence and international institutions;

Form The Council on Interplanetary Relations to coordinate a peaceful, forward looking and non-militarized response to the extraterrestrial presence. The Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (see www.CSETI.org) has an 18 year ongoing project to establish such contact and can assist with this process. CSETI, working with other governments and world figures, will form such a Council if the US government decides not to do so within the next 12 months;

Immediately fund the study, development and careful release of those new energy technologies that can quickly replace fossil fuels and nuclear power. (See www.TheOrionProject.org). Note that these technologies, since they acquire energy from the zero point energy field of space/time, will allow for the retirement of the electric energy grid. We are in possession of documents and information regarding key facilities and assets connected to these technologies (see attached documents). We recommend that the propulsion and transportation aspects of these technologies (electro-magneto-gravitic systems) be released at a later time when the world security situation has improved;

Establish high-ranking liaisons with Congress, the UN and other governments to coordinate these projects and the release of the new energy technologies;

The National Security Council needs to form a section specifically addressing the international, interplanetary and macroeconomic implications of this disclosure and urgently prepare for the release of these technologies;

The Orion Project (www.TheOrionProject.org) has identified key scientists to assist with the development of these new energy technologies. They have agreed to work with us, but are being prevented from doing so, one by a compartmented operation (TS SCI) to which he is assigned. We request an action by the Office of the President to specifically permit them to work with us with the full support and protection of the President. We cannot over-emphasize how important it is that these people be assigned to this critical task: In less than 1 year, we would have new energy generators developed to run America free from oil, gas, coal or nuclear power.

President Obama, we stand ready to assist you and your Administration with these and other tasks, and pledge to you our full support. I will personally fulfill any request from your office with the utmost integrity, discretion and confidentiality.

It’s hard to realise how utterly different daily life in modern nations has become compared to the existence of our forebears. Who can say what’s been lost amidst all that’s been gained? Many promising babes have been thrown out along with the wasted bathwater of the past.

It can be difficult to discern which aspects of human nature have been thoroughly transformed and which have been simply disguised beneath fashionably chameleonic costumes and momentary mores. Many apparently wilful acts are actually repetitive reiterations of instinctual behaviour. Fundamental change can easily evade control or prediction.

Commonplace notions and behaviour that seemed utterly normal in times past are often thoroughly forgotten or completely proscribed. Blood sports and bloodletting, mercury tooth fillings, poisonous coal gas pumped into citizens’ homes, workhouses for the poor and the apparently ‘natural order’ which routinely subordinated women and ignored children’s needs are anathema to advanced societies. We’ve left much behind in the infancy and childhood of our species but if we’re wise and fortunate we still have a great deal of growth and evolution ahead of us, doubtless accompanied by the usual requisite growing pains.

Our race is not yet run. Many things we take for granted will be completely swept away and replaced in less than a single human lifespan. Whether we keep the baby or the toxic bathwater of our industrious leavings is entirely up to us; we can’t have it both ways.

Throughout virtually all of human history slavery was regarded by almost everyone as a normal state of affairs. Populations reared in the primate pecking order of feudal societies were indoctrinated to believe in a ‘natural order’ of sexes, classes and castes and to regularly pay obeisance to distant faceless overlords and the tin-pot graven gods devised to authorise their totalitarian rules. Even when enough technical and ethical progression had occurred to make slavery both an uneconomical and undesirable proposition, freeing the most benighted enslaved underclass of humankind required centuries of argument, conflict, bargaining and travail.

Centuries of struggle and public education were necessary to make the bleeding obvious a recognised fact; that all men and women are born (not created, friends, but self-created) equal and deserve the same rights, freedoms and responsibilities as everyone else - unless they prove by destructive actions that they’re incapable of living in free and just societies. Centuries of struggle have resulted in the recognition of a few prime requisites of egalitarian cultures; the recognition of an individual’s sovereign rights to habeas corpus (to own their bodies and live freely without fear of unjust imprisonment), robust democratic traditions, freedom of speech and an unfettered media, an independent judiciary, electoral oversight, fair and equally apportioned rights and responsibilities and the freedom to pursue one’s dreams, ’ere they harm none.

It’s always suited ‘great leaders’, captains of industry, monarchic dynasties and their coterie of privileged servants, relatives and hangers-on to keep the far greater majority of humankind time-poor, ignorant, insecure and helpless. Endless work was required to maintain the lifestyles to which these robber barons were accustomed and to fulfil their dynastic fantasies, so the poor were informed that they were expected to work until they died. They were told that ‘idle hands do the devil’s work’ and ‘there’s always a place for you in the army’.

We applaud the advances of the last two centuries, but still have a long way to go before true equality and freedom can become the norm. It isn’t a matter of technology or ability; all the tools and treasures we require are lying at our feet, hidden in plain sight. It’s a question of perception, wisdom and will.

In this day and age, working almost all your life away to secure the basic necessities and a few little luxuries is lauded as a valuable and necessary ethic. In fact, we’ve already reached the point where everyone on the planet could easily be provided free housing, food, clean water, health care, education, refrigeration, transportation, information, communication and energy – if only we’d give up war and stop paying all our time and imaginary money to weaponsmiths and their bankers, so they can hold a war-stained sword of Damocles over all our heads.

Utopia? Why not?

It would be relatively easy for everyone on earth to be provided with a basic payment or guaranteed wage that would provide us all with the requisite leeway to spend our only true asset – our precious time on planet Earth – more fruitfully and wisely. Those who seek more can always work harder than is healthy for them if they so desire. Most taxes, visible and otherwise, go not toward schools, hospitals and public welfare but into refinancing imaginary debt. Almost all the rest are wasted on war.

There’s plenty in the pot, but a lazy crazy few hold all the cards. Universal welfare is not a dirty word or some socialist plot; it’s easily available now, if we wake up and seize the day. Scarcity is an artefact of profligate waste, empty-headed ingrained competitiveness and carefully inculcated moral and technological delusions. If he heal and nurture the planet that spawned us abundance will be our reward.

Despite all our advances and advantages wage slavery is still the norm, regarded as a fair and ‘natural’ order by just about everyone. But technical and ethical progress has reached the stage where endless, pointless drudgery is no longer necessary, and certainly undesirable. In an age when everyone is expected to work full time to keep up with an endless mechanised rat race treadmill and children are farmed out to day ‘care’ in their parents’ absence, it’s easy to see that mindlessly active hands, not idle ones, are the true agents of mayhem, loneliness, madness and destruction on planet Earth. Idle hands have time for recreation, regeneration and true creation – time and space to write, build, paint, maintain, plant, repair, play, enjoy and make love.

Further progress or evolution can’t be achieved within today’s politically daft power-oriented pseudo-system of monetarism – a regime that not only throws out the baby with the bathwater but eats its own children and spits out intractable toxic waste. Neither capitalists, communists, monarchists, nor any adherents to other tried and untrue isms hold the keys to our future. Yet whatever we choose to do with our lives and time, a brave new world will be built on the foundations of the paranoid old one. Change isn’t coming; it’s already here, unstoppably unavoidable, and it’s time to open our hearts and minds and recycle our destructive tools and toys into braver, better implements. How we proceed is up to all of us all; it isn’t up to the self-blinding beurocrats and timeservers who currently run the uninspiring show for the amusement of today’s unseen overlords. It’s a question of what we each choose to do with our time.

How will caste-ridden control freaks with edifice complexes continue to suppress and divert that which they fear the most – the wilful nature of fundamentally uncontrollable yet thoroughly likeable humankind – when everyone realises that the emperor has no clothes? Abundant sources of power and techniques to harness endless free energy have been ruthlessly suppressed for more than a century. How can you sell free energy? How can you meter freedom? How can the masses be allowed flying vehicles, making all notional national borders redundant? Abundant free energy makes a totally new paradigm possible; inevitable!

There will always be those who believe unlimited power also makes possible an unmatched potential for total control and complete oversight of every earthly deed, word and even thought. Some insecure people just can’t let go of limited power and will cling to it ruthlessly, even if they must maim and blind everyone in the process of hiding the unlimited sources of energy all around and inside us. If you’re a worker, you’re probably working for one of these perpetual malefactors - contributing to their stockpile of destructive power, while receiving only indigestible promissory notes that have no intrinsic value in return.

Free energy is the lynchpin that makes anything possible. When most work in today’s world is actually measured in joules, not women-hours, we can all be free to work or play at whatever we like. No-one needs to struggle for supremacy in a needlessly competitive dog-eat-dog world any more. In fact, clinging to the superannuated failing patterns of our ancestors in a nuclear era is a lethal proposition.

Today’s purblind leaders won’t easily give up their kingdoms and satrapies on the quarantined prison planet we’ve built for them; they’re terrified of humans, after all. But even a world emperor can’t hold back the tide or moderate the output of the Sun. They’re things we can only do for ourselves and together; believe it or not, such things are not only possible but well within our grasp as a species. Anything is possible when we’re finally ready and willing to leave the playpen and take our place as wise collective governors of Planet Earth.

A great philosopher of the last century* formulated a basic plan for human advancement and evolution - SMI²LE; Space Migration, Intelligence Increase and Life Extension. This is what it will take to reach the next plateau of being for humankind, but we have to let go of our childish toys and transform our partial notions of who and what we really are. Wise friends are waiting to help us; not gods who demand prayer or prostration, but our very selves dwelling in more advanced forms.

One day most of us – even the otherwise praiseworthy Dalai Llama - will even come to see that the unnecessary slaughter of sentient beings for the purpose of consuming their corpses is unnecessary, unsustainable, unhealthy and positively demonic. Death reeks and breeds death and it’s also a very bad look. The enslavement of other beings takes many, many forms, and in all slave societies the masters also live in an all-encompassing prison where freedoms are negligible and compassion is rare. If we can’t recognise sentience and the intrinsic right to life amongst our fellow travellers on Spaceship Earth, how can we recognise it elsewhere – or even in ourselves?

The future we face is a revolution of human hearts and minds; a rekindling of the light within. Unlike information and temporal loyalty, knowledge or love can’t be bought or sold, nor even given; they’re an experience. Don’t put it off. Jump off the treadmill. Live your dreams today, in the gift of the present. We live on a beautiful world and there’s plenty of real work to do and joys to experience while we’re repairing all the damage we and our ancestors have done. It’s been a long party, but no-one gets to really SMI²LE until the mess has been cleaned up.
