Rigorous self examination is indeed required to apprehend the true source of will and consciousness that streams continually through our beings, only to be filtered and translated into fragmetary fractions of the original insight by the primate mind.
We magnetise reality into form and substance at an instantaneous level, one step ahead of our lightspeed-limited material perceptions, in an endless feedback loop that remains invisible to the physical organism or the neuron-based segments of mind.
We literally weave reality faster than we can perceive, faster than moment to moment - and that weaving only becomes apparent when we transcend normal thought and approach enlightenment. Only then can we perceive our true motives and motivations - our programming and predelictions - and learn to see ourselves through the eyes of a loving parent. Then we can consciously choose - but not in words!new illuminatihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17527075249440961813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8017670750734633321.post-38361830361061126572013-12-26T12:16:42.704+11:002013-12-26T12:16:42.704+11:00Traditional karmic principle is a rational theodic...Traditional karmic principle is a rational theodicy--everything what happens is justified because it stems from the past or past lives. In terms of the scientific materialism the karmic logic is similar to radical behaviorism. It works very well in explaining evil doings, mishaps, misfortune, extreme success; though it is more difficult to explain one's average life. For example, in explaining common lives, the followers of Sanatana Dharma (known as Hinduism) needed the cast system in order to classify all "normals." The transmigration of the soul theory cherished by Plato, Neoplatonism, and mysticism, has little more purposeful and aristocratic soul-solution-engineering response to the problem. My major objection to this article is that "beyond good and evil" cannot be achieved by neither karmic or transmigration principles, only by the highest level of insight that is achieved through rigorous knowledge training, enlightenment, and altruistic humanism. Now, I agree that our actions and thoughts create realities in which we may be even trapped whether in creative work or by fear and situations in which we are not able to crack the "prison" walls, but I cannot accept that creating reality means to live in slavery of "unhappy consciousness" that is not self-imposed. The author says: "So do we ask to be murdered, raped, abused, or tortured? Yes, yes, yes and yes. Do we ask to be in a loving family, cared for, supported and encouraged? Yes, yes, yes and yes." This statement shows the erroneous and falsified philosophical attempt to reconstruct the idea of what does it mean to go beyond good and evil: Even the worst interpretations of Schopenhauer's "blind will" would not accept this defeatism. We do create realities as Aristotle would say. Our "intellectual life, [bios theoreticos]" when flourishes, creates reality where by which we are more true to ourselves, but we are not creating someone else's good and evil worlds. This is a very wrong way to present how the ways of the new age metaphysics. The soul also functions on the autonomous principle, this is the very definition offered by Plato and largely accepted by all traditional metaphysics. [I guess, the article was intriguing making me comment so excited today.:-)]Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
